We had a Graduation Luncheon at Freshii on Richmond Road! Everything was amazing. We met Karla Briones, the owner who was super great host and welcomed us warmly. Food was fresh and healthy. Love their smoothie.Staff very friendly!

I liked the food, simple and fresh. I'm surprised I haven't tried it before. I could feel the welcome spirit of the staff. I recommend you try it, you'll certainly go there again!

I don't know if Freshii has changed their ingredients or I just caught a bad employee but I ordered an Oaxaca bowl from this location and it was pretty much just rice, corn and bbq sauce. Super disappointing.

I love Freshi as a quick healthy option. I went to this location yesterday and noone served me. I walked in and the restaurant smelled like dirty mop water and urine. Three employees were in the back prepping food and noone noticed I came in to order. The music was so loud I couldn't get their attention. I ended up leaving because noone noticed me and the smell turned me off. I usually love Freshi but there's a tonne of other options in this neighborhood and I wont be back to this location.

Had a fabulous lunch at Freshii on Richmond Road yesterday! We were having a work celebration and Karla Briones, the owner cordoned off some tables for the 7 of us. The food was very fresh and healthy and the service by their staff was amazing! It was my first time eating here and I would definitely go back.

Big fan of Freshii in general - healthy & fresh options, tons of toppings, and well priced in comparison to other fast food. Been to many locations in Alberta & B.C. First time ordering from here, food did not appear fresh and ended up making me sick. I had ordered online for pickup so Freshii sent me a customer survey. Freshii's corporate response to my survey was to contact the Richmond location directly, in other words "not our problem".

Normally order the buddha satay bowl and it is pretty tasty. The paper bowl is environmentally friendly but some of the paper gets stuck to the noodles:(

Asked if there was dairy in the Bamboo bowl. Staff told me no after looking it up in their booklet. Ate it. Felt very sick. Checked nutrition/allergens myself. There is in fact dairy in the sauce.

Went in to grab something to eat while I was driving through the area. I simply asked if white rice was an option. Rather than being told no, I was told by some snarky lady that brown rice and quinoa are the options and that I should be more interested in eating healthier. Thanks for the unsolicited health advice, I left and got a tasty burger instead.UPDATE: Thanks for the false and inaccurate reply. At no point did I say I visited yesterday (some of us are busy and don't always have the time to write a review immediately), nor did I converse with a teenage employee. As per my review, I dealt with a snarky (adult) lady. You're right in the sense that your 16 year old employee did not make that inappropriate comment to me, it was a supposedly grown adult. Anyways, The Works certainly appreciated your help in bringing them some business. Now that was a good burger!

Ordered through the app and there system put in the wrong address so driver wouldn’t deliver it. He had to call doordash who they use to verify the address and being just a few blocks away I waited over an hour. I called and the girl said it’s not their fault and nothing she could do. I asked for manager Lisa to call me and it’s so obvious this girl is not management material. She called me next day and I asked her to call me back in 2 minutes. She never called back. I went there today and she avoided me and just said sorry without asking my issue. This place has made mistakes three times with my orders online. It’s so poorly managed. They have lost a customer for good here.Update: let me stress here that the manager Lisa never called me so numerous talks is a lie. She called once and i was with a client but asked her to call back in 2 minutes and she never did so I never hung up on her. The whole review is based on how unprofessional she is and how she now has lied in her response. When i went in there yesterday she had a staff member tell me she will be back in 5 minutes while she was in the back, i came back and she blew me off. Wouldnt even give me 2 minutes. Please people read the poor reviews, they are all mostly about management and even a past staff member who says management is terrible. Shame

Ordered 2 different salads. 8 ingredients in each salad. Both were missing over half the ingredients. One had hot quinoa when there isn't any in the menu. Big guy with colored hair was a space cadet. I see others complaining that their order was incorrect and blaming Uber eats. Uber eats do not make the orders, they deliver what they are given. Stay away from this location.
