Visited a few times, and not many times you get what you need, most of the time they are out of stock. All they could get at times is the frozen juice prepared well in advance. The service is good, they staff treat you well but lack of fresh juices doesn’t solve the purpose of visit.

My smoothie I got was strawberry banana (which was strawberry juice and a real banana.....was more like a watery banana taste ...And my friend got chocolate banana it was syrup and a banana however tasted like watery banana as well... maybe too much ice?? Or not enough of actual fruit flavorings????? The service was okay though he was nice
In the past this location/the Presotea here have been amazing but my last visit was horrible! I got the mango slush as usual, but it was completely watered down to the point that I could barely taste any mango whatsoever. Bubble tea shops are popping up everywhere, I don't think I'll stop by this one again.

Costy but taste was really worse. One of worse boba tea in Ottawa. The drink could not consider as milk tea. It was sweet milk water.
