I’ve been visiting the restaurant and ordering via Uber eats regularly. However, the food I received is getting worse and worse recently that I don’t think I will order from them ever again.It was only the quantity issue previously and now it’s the quality!I ordered ~20$ Malatang via Uber eats today, and nothing was edible other than potatoes and sea-tangles. First, I ordered sausage but received lunch meat. Second, the dried been curd was not hydrated at all and it was very hard to eat. Last and the most important is that the fried gluten puff, mushroom, tripe and potato noodles were all gone bad! They all had strong rotten smell and sour taste which made me nauseated. I did not finish it as I did not want to end up in the hospital for food poisoning!I am very disappointed as a loyal customer! Not only my money was wasted but it is also a safety concern!

I can't believe the price of karaoke at this place. We went once before and it ended up being about $30 per person for a group of 10 which was fine. However, since that first time they added a 'fee' which was actually a gratuity of about 16%! Pushing up the bill from $368 to $479 for the evening after tax. Seriously almost $500 for a few hours of karaoke? You cannot be serious. We will not be back. I go to karaoke regularly and will take my business elsewhere.

i’m surprised the ratings for this place are as low as they are! I have never dined in, but the food has been great anytime I order online. The fried eggplant is awesome, octopus balls are soft pillows of yummyness, and the cold noodle salad is my go to for when I don’t want to get anything fried and heavy.

I've been visiting this store for a long time, I mainly ordered from here by using my other account. Today i used my new account to order here via Uber. However, I am truly disappointed today.First, they forgot the drinks I have ordered. Even though the driver offered me to drive the drinks here, this is not his fault. I decided to get a refund. I totally understand that they might be too busy to get my drinks prepared, but it's not fine to see a piece of hair in my food.There's a piece of hair underneath the watermelon in the coconut jelly desert. This is an absolute disaster... it ruined my appetite completely... This is the reason why I will never come here for my future purchase.

It wasn’t a good place to eat or order food. Everything is expensive and booking a room, each person has to pay $50 on top of the food you ordered. First time and will never go back again. Their songs are old. Room can fit about 10 people.

I'm an Uber Eats regular for this place, so I can't speak for the in-house experience. However, I'm very happy with my go-to order. I enjoy the fried eggplant and the sausage skewers, but I think my favourite thing on the menu is actually the fried cabbage. It's a generous helping that I can split up to eat over rice for a few meals during a busy work week.
