The small pizza was so tiny I was astounded(4 pieces). It wasnt enough to feed 2 toddlers and two 5 yr olds. Every who ate the pizza said it tasted good, but the size was not worth the price. I also tried to order one of the deals but they wouldn't let me get just cheese. Pretty disappointed.

Just got a steak sub. Asked and paid for green olives to be added. Didn't get any. Tried calling to let them know. You can't call store, only a central line where they were not helpful. Wrong order and poor customer service equals me never returning.

Every time, I mean EVERY TIME (and I gave many chances over the year I live in the area), the gluten free pizza I order is literally black on the edges. Burned. Sure they want a tip, shame that they want it before they bring you food, not after... . Never again.

I ordered the buy one get one free Senator's pizza with Uber. As a restaurant manager at a seriously busy restaurant I understand Uber does not accept modifications directly; customers are advised to call the restaurant. My mission was to have all of the pepperoni on my pizza and make my wife's pizza cheese only. Absolute fail. Called the Bell's Corner's number 3 times, and directed to a nice girl in the Philippines, yes, in Asia, who said I can't contact the restaurant directly and to talk to Uber. The same girl 3 times. I run a franchised restaurant, much busier than this one, and customers can call us directly, including situations like this. I feel it is sad that I can't call this seemingly family run restaurant directly. This is very likely a corporate level decision that is out of their hands.

One of your drivers almost ran me over I. The metro parking lot. The one with the red Nissan and blue Ontario plate let me tell you I’ll give you guys a terrible name cause of this the stuff that came out of his mouth. I have the right of way I’m a pedestrian maybe in is country he can act like this but this is Canada.
