I ordered the buy one get one free Senator's pizza with Uber. As a restaurant manager at a seriously busy restaurant I understand Uber does not accept modifications directly; customers are advised to call the restaurant. My mission was to have all of the pepperoni on my pizza and make my wife's pizza cheese only. Absolute fail. Called the Bell's Corner's number 3 times, and directed to a nice girl in the Philippines, yes, in Asia, who said I can't contact the restaurant directly and to talk to Uber. The same girl 3 times. I run a franchised restaurant, much busier than this one, and customers can call us directly, including situations like this. I feel it is sad that I can't call this seemingly family run restaurant directly. This is very likely a corporate level decision that is out of their hands.

The one with the red Nissan and blue Ontario plate let me tell you I’ll give you guys a terrible name cause of this the stuff that came out of his mouth. I have the right of way I’m a pedestrian maybe in is country he can act like this but this is Canada.
