I ordered two pizzas from this location. I asked for extra extra sauce on both pizzas. One pie had extra sauce on it. The second pizza had no sauce whatsoever. After eating half of one slice and finding it disgusting, I lifted the corner and realized there was no sauce.

Out of towner. Pizza was very good. The pepperoni cups (ottawa senators) was great. Good portions of toppings and very filling. We also made a custom jalapeno, bacon and pepperoni. It warmed up the next day easily.

I got the meat lover's pizza! The cheese was way too much and would not stay on the pizza dough. The toppings also won't stay on the pizza. I had to eat the pizza dough separately from the toppings.

Pizza was split in 2 like they put 2 different ones together. I also ordered wings and asked for a bbq sauce but they put something else instead. All of the food was like made a day ago.

I don't understand why the dough is never properly cooked from this location. I even request 'well done' to avoid this, and it still is not fully cooked. It's unfortunate but we have given enough chances now. We will be taking our weekly business elsewhere. It is such a basic task that is part of making a pizza, so there is no reason why this keeps happening.
