We ordered 2 pizzas and a salad for delivery. From my original order time it was going to be 55 minutes. However it took 1 hr 30 minutes to arrive, I am 4 minutes from the restaurant and even after calling to find out that it was out for delivery it took another 15 minutes to arrive! When we got it, it was obviously cold, and was not very good. I will never order from here again! Terrible pizza and service.

Edited - see below: Placed an order hours in advance for a corporate holiday party. The outfit was not organized enough to have the food ready in time, contact us about the delay or offer any apologies for the poor customer service. What's more is that after making us wait, they were going to send us away with only two thirds or our order. Will no be back and will advise colleagues to avoid that location as well.
A day after posting this review, the owner called me personally to make things right. Kudos to him for putting the customer first. I will denifetly be back and recommend other visit as well.

Dropped in after work event thinking we get a slice. Ordered fresh thinking we'd still take it to go. Sat to wait. Asked them to put on Jays game. They did. They offered drinks. Next thing we know our 'Za is plated and we're eating in with beers. Pizza we just can't get at home. Really clean shop. Great service.
Guess where were doing game 4 tomorrow?

They knowingly served me burnt/overcooked pizza....
Ordered ahead to time. When I arrived to pick it up 20 mins later, it was still in oven...I suspect he must have forgotten about it.
The bad part is...he decided to give it to me like this anyways, even though its obviously burnt. I'm never going back.

YUM! Visiting Ottawa from Toronto and stopped here to grab take out to eat in our room. They do not skimp on the cheese or toppings here! Pizza was heavy, very fresh and not greasy at all! The crust was hot crispy and very fresh tasting like bakery fresh!
