I visited your location today after lunch to have pizza, and I was very disappointed by what I saw. One of the employees had his hand inside his pants while working, which came across as extremely unhygienic and unprofessional. It made me very uncomfortable, and I found the behavior rude and inappropriate for a food-service environment.
I hope this issue is taken seriously, as it raises major concerns about cleanliness and customer safety. Please address this matter with your staff as soon as possible.

The pizza wasn’t bad but the service was terrible!! They charged me more than they should and refused to give me a full refund 😡😡 The communication was also really bad!! Not coming back here

I regularly visit Gabriel’s Pizza at the Rideau location, and it’s consistently a great experience. They always have fresh slices ready during lunchtime, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. This location is also one of the cleanest I’ve seen in the city — including the washrooms, which are well-maintained. The team is professional and attentive. Hands down, it’s one of the best places in Ottawa to grab a slice of pizza.
