We ordered two pizzas for delivery and after 2 hours of waiting, yes yes two hours, we still had not received our pizza. We called twice to be told it's on the way. Still no pizza. After 2h20!!!!! Very poor services in Ottawa on Montreal Street in Orléans,

First of all, they don’t charge you for onions in your potatoes. They just put them. Boom. This place is great. The food is excellent.

veggie lasagna was crap.. i got like two big pieces of aubergine and one piece of red pepper.. rest cheese and pasta with no taste.. this place is not for vegetarian people.

Waitress (older one) is terrible. Watched her take a away a table from elder men sitting at the table. The poor man was sitting and having to old his cup in his hand with nothing to rest it because she claimed she need to the table to be moved to the left so that they can mop. I sat here for an hour and never saw anybody come to mop. And the old man kept on saying that she didn't need the table as the place is empty. To be honest, he was right. There are only 3 other table here that are taken and the rest is completely empty. He was so disgusted he had to squeeze and his plate was barely at the corner of his friend's table.

First time coming here for brunch and it will be the last time.
I ordered the steak and eggs.. the steak tasted super funky and looked like it was boiled. No seasoning at all, over cooked and super thin. I returned that order and got the eggs Benedict. The sauce was very watered down and had little to no flavour. The onions taste as if they were cooked on a dirty pan.. just had a weird taste to them.
My gf ordered the avocado toast - bread wasnt toasted which made the whole meal wet and gross.
The glasses of water taste like toilet water and our table wobbling all over the place.
I complained to the manager on shift and he gave me a $7 discount on the entire thing when two of our meals were basically inedible.
Terrible experience, will NOT be back. I don’t know what happened to this location.. it used to be really good.
Very good pizza, but these prices are getting out of hand. Ordered a medium 3 topping w gluten free crust, a soda water, and one dipping sauce. Tipped the server 18%. total bill….52$. 6 averaged sized slices, with a drink and dip…52$. Were talking almost 9$ per slice here….we try to support local but that is outrageous.

Location with its peeling paint, crumbling bricks and rain steadily leaking through roof at front entrance presents a tired appearance. Lunch special menu board still up after lunch was no longer being served, and in any case, the featured soup no longer available at 3 o'clock. Perhaps breakfast is where they shine, but not at the hour we arrived.

I got the chicken donair I asked for no red onions. Guess what? I got red onions. The bread sucks the minute. I took a bite, it all fell apart if you're gonna make donaires use pita bread Don't use the crappy bread your using now don't waste your money getting a donair from here go to somewhere where it's worth the money and you won't get a pile of slop
