Good food. Bad service. Dont bring hockey teams there for group meals. Get treated rudely no matter how polite you are. Happened twice now. Made reservations and both times wasn't prepared for reservations and a certain server was rude with everyone. Felt like they didnt want the business.

Very rude waitress. We left before even ordering food. She pointed us to a table an promptly left. Eventually she came back with menus and disimissevely tossed them to the side of the table and then left without a word. First and last time we step into this location.

The food here is amazing, no complaints there. However, the service really drags down the entire experience. One waitress (older lady on Saturdays) is consistently rude, with a disrespectful attitude and snarky looks that make guests feel unwelcome. We've noticed that tables she's familiar with receive great service, with smiles and an upbeat attitude. This hasn't been the case for us! It feels like selective hospitality, which makes for an unpleasant dining experience. Props to the other staff for staying kind and professional, and consistently checking in despite this negative energy. Management seriously needs to step in with proper training, or better hiring standards.

We do regular team breakfast here, (6 to 7 people) every month or so and the last three times we have gone, the same server has waited on us. She absolutely hates her job and let's you know it. Thought at first it was just a bad day but today, we debated leaving after only half recieved their coffee. We stuck it out. Had cold eggs, and as a group concluded we have to find a new spot.

great morning omelette but horrible service. took forever to get a coffee or a refill. One thing of jam for 9 people. No water. bills were dropped off and we were left to sort out. but the worst was the waitress who kept asking and asking for a plate , interrupting a conversation, instead of just coming back later for it. It will be awhile until i go back

I used to love this restaurant, but I haven’t been in years since I moved out of the area. We were nearby tonight and decided to stop in for dinner—unfortunately, it was a big letdown.
I ordered the lasagna, and it tasted like it was made with canned pasta sauce overly sour and lacking any depth of flavor. The service was okay overall, but our server seemed annoyed when I politely mentioned I didn’t enjoy the food.
Given the high prices, I expected much better. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend it anymore.
