We ordered a thin crust custom pizza and were very pleased. The order was correct and ready for pickup promptly. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Hot, tasty and well priced, it did not disappoint. We will definitely return.

I used to order at least once a week, 2 pizzas, for lunches for 2 of us. Recently we ordered the shawarma pizza and their was so little meat my husband thought it didn't have any meat, so he called and they argued about it, so we looked and it had ONE SLICE of meat broken up in splinters around the pizza. So we didn't order for a while. Well ordered again a couple days ago. Was eating my pizza and bit into a HARD piece of plastic. We called and they gave us a $13 credit for next time?? Seriously? I'll never order from here again. The quality has decreased significantly.

Last Friday we bought pizza from here and had it delivered. When the driver went to leave he accidentally drove into and broke our basketball net. The base was cracked and no longer holds water and very easily falls over. The driver left so I went to the store to talk with them about it. I told them what happened and asked to speak to the owner. They informed me that the owner was not in and would be back on Monday.
I stoped in there today to talk to John the owner about what had happened and what was to be done. We had just bough the net this summer so it was very new and I wanted it replaced. It wasn’t very expensive and didn’t see much issue having it replaced. But boy was I wrong.
John immediately took a very defensive position on the subject and told me that the driver was to be held responsible and cover all the damages. I had already discussed this with driver previously and he informed me he could not cover the costs to replace the net. I explained to John that as the business owner I expected him to take responsibility for his employee and asked to replace my net. This was totally unexceptionable to him. I was either to have to driver how had little to no money cover my lost or get in my car and leave with nothing.
So I left with nothing. I told the driver then that I excepted his apology but would not cause him financial hardship over my basketball net. I was extremely disappointed in John the owners response to this situation. He very obviously has no care for his customers in the community more taking responsibility for his employees.
I shall never purchase anything from his establishments again and I highly recommend that you don’t either because if you have an issues that need to be resolved by him it will not go positively for you. Very disappointed in his management of this situation. His customers really only matter for one thing, to pay him.

My favourite pizza spot growing up has been ruined :( Maybe by inflation, maybe by a change of owners but $30 for a pizza with barely any toppings is highway robbery. Even after complaining to the person there on the spot, was met with a terrible attitude. Will not be returning here and will support another local chain. Also the mountain of fake reviews isn’t doing a good job hiding all of the other negative reviews.

If they get your order wrong you have to deal with a call centre, pretty much a nightmare experience. My fettuccine Alfredo arrived congealed.
Got the Veggie! It was awesome! I ate it almost right away from being boxed! Everything was fresh and the mozzarella was great! Hidden spot for me! Noticed the place while driving thru the area a couple months ago. Finally had time to stop in! Thanks

Placed an online order for my kids. Two medium pizzas, two toppings. Put a note on the order asking for both toppings to be on one pizza and for the other pizza to be just cheese.
They sent me two pizzas with the toppings split. Phoned in to let them know that they made an error and was informed that because their system doesn’t allow you to place two toppings on one pizza, the manager refused to correct the issue
So now I’ve got two kids, neither of whom likes the pizzas that they’ve ordered and have wasted 20 minutes on hold.
I’m shocked at the lack of customer service demonstrated by the manager at this location And the fact that they’ve lost a customer over what is probably $15 worth of pizza. Well done.
