We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery at 5pm online. Was told that it would arrive by 6:03 pm. At 6:30 we still have not received are pizzas. Call to find out what is happening and barely get an answer of were are pizzas are. Call back 15 mins later still no pizza and have to argue with them to even get compensated for this delay. Finally received are pizzas after 7pm. This was a horrible experience horrible customer service. Pizzas arrived and are still warm they obviously messed up and did not make are pizzas and lied to us then rushed to cook new one and deliver then quickly. I do not recommend this establishment they have lousy service and lie to clientel. Having to argue with customer service to get compensated for this delay they offer 30$ on an over 70$ order. If I could give less then 1 star I would. Never ordering from this location again

***UPDATE*** Nothing made right, said they never saw the order. To add insult to injury, I expressed to them twice how their App and Website only promotions do not cater to people without phones or internet, such as some elderly or even disabled people whom can only use the phone to place their orders. Why should they be forced to pay full prices for food others can get discounts on? This was not even acknowledged.
Gabriel's have thus lost a good customer, whom has been ordering there for several years.
Terrible experience for my mother and I 2 days ago. Through the App, my mother ordered us from her favorite pizza place, it was my treat. After having waited 1h20min, I asked my mother to reach out and find out what’s going on with our food. The order was not received, we were transferred to the supervisor. Explained the situation to said supervisor, that the app didn’t work for the order, so we placed the order over the phone. Then refused to apply the senators discount promotion because it can only be applied when ordering through the app. Repeated, “we did” and again it was refused. Needless to say after now 2 hours, we were hungry, and ordered Domino’s.

My friend and I had the weirdest experience tonight. We ordered two medium pizzas, when the delivery guy showed up, my friend was nice greeted him, and he was mumbling, rushing and didn’t answer. As my friend was paying her payment went through but the machine didn’t say transaction complete it said remove card. My friend asked the delivery guy why the machine said remove card instead of transaction complete.
The delivery guy GRABBED my friend’s debit card from her hand and showed her that the machine was now saying tap, then he tapped her card. The guy could have easily said in a moment the machine is going to say tap, so please tap your card. When the transaction was complete, my friend asked for her receipt and she tipped the guy well and he didn’t even say thank you. I reported him to the customer care department at Gabriel‘s. Customers, please keep a safe distance from their delivery guys and don’t let them grab your debit card.

I hate to complain but there’s been a handful of times where I’ve found hairs woven INTO the pizza crust or under the toppings so I know it isn’t mine😭

In the last few months the pizza and wings we loved to order have been of very bad quality. Pizza dough not cooked, wings dry, pizza presentation messy. Guess there must be new people working there. Gave Gabriel 's a couple of chance to improve - no luck, so we'll start to go somewhere else.

If someone is ordering food please be sure you are not getting insulted by the staff.
Great pizza. I use Gabriel's app to order and accumulate points to redeem in the future. They often run promotions, so you can usually find pizza with a discount. There is cheaper pizza out there, but if you like quality pizza, Gab's is hard to beat.
