I love Gabriel pizza and normally it's a great experience although the phone operator I dealt with was rude hanging up on me after I thanked him for taking my order. Could use some customer service upgrading.

Ordered a small pizza and took advantage of the 40% off because the senators scored 4 goals. Pizza had half the amount of ingredients that they usually put on. It looked very cheap. Very disappointed! Why offer a promotion if the quality of the pizza will be lower? This is a scam!

They don't follow the details they put online. I asked about one of the specific item they had online the managing memember started arguing with me, not letting me finish my sentence and making up storing that are clearly untrue. their service is one of the rudest I encountered.

Ordered a pizza online. Asked for it to be delivered at a specific time. They got that right. BUT….worst pizza I’ve ever had. Called to complain. Got put on hold. Then they said they had to transfer me to a supervisor. Again put on hold. The pizza was cold, cheese congealed and it looked curdled and the grease had risen to the surface. The crust was completely wet and soggy. It was horrible.

I love basically every other location but this one is awful. I asked what they had by the slice and they didn't have anything I wanted so I got fries thinking it would be fast. I even said I was in a hurry so today I would just get fries and maybe come back later for pizza. Maybe with that in mind they could have told me it was going to be 10 min plus for it. And the price? $22+ for 4 bottles of pop and a small fries.... Not recommended

I picked up 10 pizzas at this location for a friends wedding as the late night snack! I was 10min late picking them up and the store was going to be closing. However when I arrived I was not greeted with grief or complaints by the owner, instead he was just glad that we were able to pick up the pizzas! He was so understanding about our timing mix up. To top it off he threw in an extra pizza he had for free! Thank you for the amazing service, everyone enjoyed the pizza after dancing all night!

One of the saddest looking pizzas I’ve seen in a while. Maybe 6 total pieces of pepperoni and then cut wth zero care, not usually one to complain but come on.
