The Gabriel pizza location on Bank in Hunt club is 2.9 km from my house. After an hour of waiting my pizza was delivered to me ice cold the box was so cold my fingers got cold holding it When I called my complaint and I talked to somebody that called themselves the manager all they were willing to do was offer me a 15% discount on my next pizza they were not willing to refund my money. In my opinion you want a pizza don't order it from Gabriel order from someone else.

Gabriel pizza is full of scammers!!! I have gone here 8-10 times recently and every time I order the same medium pizza but theres always a different guy that comes to the front and tries to charge me $5-7 more than the actual price of the medium pizza which is $15! To top it off, this last time I went, I ordered again a medium pizza and then they gave me a large instead which is not what I ordered but I was willing to accept it but then when I got home I realized why they randomly gave me a large pizza and it’s because the pizza was old, hard, cold and burnt and I know for sure they did not make it fresh when I had just ordered a few minutes ago as it wasn’t even hot/warm! They gave me an old pizza that was ordered by someone else earlier that day or day before and just gave me this old, cold hard pizza that was someone else’s instead of making me a fresh medium pizza like I asked for! I know many Arabs who are trustworthy and great to their customers but the Arab guys working here just want to scam paying customers and I will never come here again!

Of all the "Gabriel's" pizza outlets in this part of South Ottawa, this one is the very best.
"Tony" and his team are friendly, helpful and they cook great food. The restaurant is always clean and well-heated or air-conditioned.
They make not only the best pizzas in the area (which are generously sized and well-topped), but also the breakfasts at this location are legendary for their quality and deliciousness. Breakfast sessions on the weekend are nearly always full to capacity - so arrive early, or arrive about noon.
Highly recommended venue!
Dietary restrictions: Can get orders with low-carbs, gluten-free, etc.
Parking: Good-sized lot.
Kid-friendliness: Kids welcome.

The interior is dated but it's exactly what I expected for this type of eatery hence the high rating. Both the pizza and pasta dishes are excellent as is the service. Our next quest is going to be enjoying breakfast there. Stay tuned.

Could not pick up from this location, only walk in orders and wait for pizza. We opted to eat at the restaurant. Some servers don't speak English at all. Food took forever. Also breakfast menu only. No lunch menu. Our whole meal took 2+ hours. Also way more expensive in person than online or pick up order. Would not recommend.

I really enjoy their pizza. However for the price I would expect that a 2 hour wait would be unacceptable. I ordered on line at 641pm and at 835pm I'm still waiting. You cannot call the store that you ordered from. You get a central number and wait on hold while you wait for your 2 hour pizza. Your then offered a $15 refund on a 50+ order. Are you kidding me. This is not an acceptable business practice. If your a busy outlet find a way to shut off your store’s ability to take more orders. Do better.
Update**** We did not receive our pizza tell 910pm. We waited from 641pm till 910pm. I had to call customer service 3 times to find out where our pizza was. Never again will I order from here. I’ve waited for pizza from here for over an hour before and thought that was a long time to wait. I stand corrected, over 2 hours is worse.
Pretty good pizza. Definitely would try it again. Customer service was nice. Pretty cheesy.

I had breakfast I ate my whole breakfast pretty well before receiving my toast the server was busy however their were 3 others standing around chatting never once was I asked if I wanted a refill on my drink…..still left a tip for the server but wanted to let the owners know that maybe someone should keep an eye on the window when I finally got my toast they were rock hard

This is my go to spot for morning breakfast. They have a good price for the portion size. Their home fries are excellent and they will refill your coffee multiple times while your there. Been going there for over 10 years and still the same great service.
