The food used to be really great here. I looked forward to coming, and would even put off eating in town to just come back and eat at the hotel. But the new menu is a stripped down husk of what it once was. I had a salmon dish here last year that was delicious, inspired and satisfying. Expecting the same quality, I order the dish again. It is plain, tasteless, stripped down, dry and just sad. I feel stupid for having left town where so many great places are, to come here and eat what I could make at home on an off night. Too bad. The prices didn't even change to reflect the drop in quality, so now I feel unsatisfied AND ripped off. Too bad, this place was great.

The food was good, service and atmosphere adequate. BUT Very small servings, especially the meat portion. The Chicken Dinner was less than half a chicken breast. The "short Ribs" was just just 1 single beef rib about 5cm in length. The steak was of adequate size. We ate our full meals but were still hungry.

Convenient place to get a quick bite. I've had two meals here so far during my stay at the hotel, lunch and dinner. Both were good meals with kind and fast service. The grilled salmon was tasty, served with lots of veggies. The chicken tenders for lunch were yummie too. I think I'll have a few more meals here before going home.

Cutlery and cups weren't clean. The food was ok but the cost was expensive. The staff was ok not very attentive. Only came by once to verify if everything was ok. We had to actually call our server to request water, extra napkins

Stayed at the Hilton airport hotel, so I went downstairs to the restaurant to have their buffet breakfast. The server was not polite at all. She asked me for a Yellow card, as if I was sneaking in to have free breakfast. She then tried to pick up my plate but I wasn't done eating. Then she brought me my check and placed it on the table, I was not done yet. Never saw her again . No one came to pick up my plates or ask if I needed more coffee. I travel alot and this has been the worst experience by far. Didn't leave a tip, would have been a generous tip cus I recognize of what it takes to be a waitress. But here is a tip, don't judge people by the way they are dressed , if you don't like your job...find something that you will be happy in. I do not recommend this place. Since my check was sitting at the table I figured she needed the table, so I didn't get to enjoy my buffet.

The waiter we got was unbelievable. The second I spoke English he turned super rude. Poured water so fast and spilled ice cubes... pushed them on the ground and kicked it with his foot lol like some back yard bbq .. then as he walks away with my order , he yells to the chef give that a " hawk tuah" as in spit in it... this restaurant is the saddest thing I've seen in years. I advise everyone to stay far away from it.. and the worst part is. Nothing will be done about it. I bet the owner is that guy's best friend. If ur the owner and ur seeing this.. I hope it makes u straighten your staff out . And he also said how dead the restaurant is and why he's even working . Totally unprofessional

I had a wonderful meal here during my short stay in Ottawa, I had a very freidnly server who answered all of my questions, I ordered The French onion soup as a starter, and then the beef dip sandwich with fries,Both where very flavourful, and very filling, had to save the other half of my sandwich for breakfast!I was very pleased with the pricing aswell, as for the soup, sandwich a diet coke and a cranberry fizz, my bill only came to $42, for an airport hotels restaurant, no complaints from me!

Everything was so delicious!!! Cooked to perfection ? we chose to have room service it didn't take long to arrive, it was hot and perfectly cooked seasoned. I had she seafood linguine. There was so much fish, scallops giant prawns. I was very impressed. My husband loved his fish & chips and we both loved the wings and cheese cake.
