I've tried this place a couple times now and have never been pleased with the food. It tastes like it was cooked in a microwave. On the other hand, the service is generally quite good.

Location is on the Spot .. Stayed here for the night for my flight departing at 9am. Digital checking was great . Room is older but big . Clean and no older room smell .Best part of my stay was the shuttle. Departing every 30mins.. They have a dinning area too . I'll try it next time .. I'll be back soon

Nice restaurant in the hotel that also serves guests in the hotel next door. Nice atmosphere, friendly attentive staff, tasty food at a reasonable price and a nice assortment of cocktails.
Soup was great and filling. Ordered a meal sized Cesar salad and tried to get the attention of the waitress as I was getting full. 10 to 20mins she comes back to check in and i asked if I can forget the salad because I'm full but says it's too late it's already ready.. the cheese bread was not the best (see picture). Other food was great and ambiance is nice.

We especially appreciate having this onsite restaurant at the Hilton Garden Inn Ottawa Airport. After we checked in, we were glad to be able to walk downstairs and enjoy our dinner, a generous Cobb Salad which we shared, and drinks. Our customer service experience was a mixed bag. Our dinner server was wonderfully prompt, efficient and friendly. But the next morning, at breakfast, our experience mirrored that of the reviewer's from July 24, 2023. A server took us to our table, asked if we wanted coffee or tea, then seemed to forget we were there. I went ahead to the breakfast buffet, while my husband waited to order from the menu. Finally he got the attention of another server, who brought us our coffee and tea and took my husband's breakfast order. However, once that initial delay passed, we were served promptly and efficiently. My husband enjoyed his French Toast, while I enjoyed eggs, bacon and cereal from the breakfast buffet. It seemed like the breakfast wait staff wasn't paying enough attention to the room. Having a more attentive breakfast wait staff would have turned my rating from Very Good to Excellent.

Stayed here on a recent trip to Ottawa and enjoyed my accommodations. What I loved: + They have an in-house restaurant. Not sure about in Canada, but this is pretty rare for Hiltons in the US. It was super convenient on a day where I was working to end with dinner and a nightcap in the hotel restaurant and then bop back to my room +Water bottles for Hilton Honors members complimentary in room. No need to stop at the desk after already checking in on the app--your water bottles are in the room +Lovely service and clean rooms! My room was clean and comfortable. Also--huge! So much space! What was less than ideal: +They're out a ways, near the airport but not near downtown Ottawa (about 20ish minutes away). If I was staying in town for pleasure, I'd opt for a spot closer to downtown. All in all, I enjoyed a comfortable stay here.

Stayed in the hotel on my overnight flight. I didn't want anything too heavy so I opted for a club sandwich and a poutine of course. My server was very lovely and the atmosphere was chill and not busy.I think next time I would have asked for a touch more gravy on the fries as I found as I got near the bottom the fries were dry :(Loved the cheese curds and my beer.Totally reccomend eating in at the hotel.** this is off the late menu as I believe dinner menus stops past 10pm?**
