Ok so first time I have ordered i usually travel great distance for this kinda meal but besides the long wait it was well worth it the portions were really good the food was great my only beef was the inners of the egg roles there's a floury substance in them that I just dont like but the crunch made that tolerable the gooey sauses were great and for the almond guy ding I havent seen such an assortment of vegetables in a long time thank you will be a regular 😋

I always order 1 combo for delivery yet this time when I did, the person on the phone kept telling me I needed to add more things for it to be available for delivery. Obviously i was caught by surprise because I always order 1 combo for delivery, so I asked “since when was this policy a thing?” And he goes “since yesterday”. I’m not dumb. I realized then that the last couple times I ordered combos, I ordered more than 1 because my family wanted to eat. So to think that they’d look at my order history and try to pull such a dirty move is sick. I just finished a 12h shift and was really craving this, but honestly after this encounter I’ve deleted this restaurant’s number from my phone and will simply no longer be buying from here. Insane what greed does to people.

The rice must be eaten immediately, the spring roll had some burnt puff pastry and the egg roll the meat was not well cooked, in a word the portions for an event are not enough.

We ordered online using their website at 4:04PM for ASAP delivery. The order confirmation sent by email stated an approximate 50 min wait.
I called at 5:30 when we still didn't have the food after almost 1.5 hours.
The restaurant couldn't find our order, despite us having received email confirmation sent from their own order system and email address.
This is the second time we've ordered from Ginkgo Garden, and both times we have had problems - this time was a lost order and last time was an order they had forgotten to send out with a delivery person.
We won't be trying a third time.

Ordered the Combo #7, pleasantly surprised at the quality of the mixed vegetables. Everything was perfectly cooked, and over flowing portion sizes. Ordered with an extra egg roll (two total) and it will EASILY be two meals. Thank you for accepting our last minute walk in order! Will be returning regularly.

Typically this is our go to Chinese food place. I may have to rethink that. I am not sure if they got a new chef but it was awful! Last night our delivery took 1 hour and 15 minutes after we were told it would be 40 minutes. The rice tasted extremely burnt. No one could eat it. The egg rolls were super greasy. The rest of their food was definitely not up to their standard.

Ok, real talk. I wasn’t really sure what to expect walking into such a small restaurant. But for real, they hit it out of the park. First, the food was freshly made and the general tao chicken and fried rice was a solid 9.9/10. I can’t wait to go back!!!

Fantastic was really surprised how good the food was for a take away place.. Massive portion, fresh veg and very tasty food. So glad I found this gem. Very clean frontage although not decorated but that’s fine, I came for the food. Food did not disappoint! Great

We ordered 100$ of food.
We had an issue with one dish which was dealt with promptly, professionally and in a very pleasant manner.
The rest of the orders were excellent prepared.
Extremely fresh,flavorful and well portioned.
We will definitely order here again in the future and highly recommend anyone to do the same, delicious!
