Had to wait an additional 25+ minutes for my phone in / pick up order. 3 times this happened! No apology from them. It will be a very, very long time before I go back. if at all. Food is good though

The food is good but just be aware that they have significantly reduced the amount of food on their takeout but the cost stayed the same. Probably the new smaller containers that they are using but it is noticeably less portions.

I don’t usually leave reviews BUT I feel like this place is a hidden Ottawa jem. I have eaten A LOT of chinese food, this place ( in my opinion,) is the best chinese take out in the city! The egg rolls are well-balanced and filling. I would argue that they’re better than Golden Palace’s. The fried rice isn’t overly salty or anything like that.
All the food I have enjoyed from Ginko Garden is immaculate.
Don’t believe me? Try it for yourself. Trust me, it’s SOOO WORTH IT!!

Moved into this area 14 years ago. Always host a friend and family dinner for around 12 - 16 people after Christmas and Chinese food it is. Took me this long to try ginkgo garden. Tried a new place every second year and wasn't satisfied kept going back to my west end restaurant. Reason I never posted review was because the food was so good I didn't believe it. I had to order multiple times before I wrote this review. Never had a greasy egg roll, no dishes were over or under cooked always perfect. Now my favorite place for Chinese food. You won't be disappointed.

Broken “Gimp” People
Ok so first time I have ordered i usually travel great distance for this kinda meal but besides the long wait it was well worth it the portions were really good the food was great my only beef was the inners of the egg roles there's a floury substance in them that I just dont like but the crunch made that tolerable the gooey sauses were great and for the almond guy ding I havent seen such an assortment of vegetables in a long time thank you will be a regular 😋

We ordered 100$ of food.
We had an issue with one dish which was dealt with promptly, professionally and in a very pleasant manner.
The rest of the orders were excellent prepared.
Extremely fresh,flavorful and well portioned.
We will definitely order here again in the future and highly recommend anyone to do the same, delicious!
