This restaurant has incredibly rude staff.
Terrible staff, extremely rude. Don’t bother coming here.
I had the worst service of my entire life at this restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly rude and judgemental and for the life of me I couldn’t understand why. It was a wednesday night, not busy and yet it seemed that they had no desire to talk to me. They even made rude comments to my friend. In order to save the night, my friends and I decided to cancel our orders and change restaurant. Best decision ever. This is the first time I have ever experienced this kind of service, I hope they do some training with their employees.
Overall, my experience at Giulia was positive. The service was excellent, with attentive and caring staff. The pizzas were delicious. The atmosphere was a bit noisy, but it wasn't bothersome

Very friendly waiter with good advice, thank you Matt! Elaborate and non-traditional pizzas, but above all excellent! Very nice setting, very pleasant. Everything is there to spend an excellent evening with your loved one or friends!

Great atmosphere and delicious pizza. The tuna crudo is amazing - highly recommend! I wish there were more wine options- only one option each for red, white, or rose, and they give you cups instead of a wine glass! If we're buying a bottle of wine for $50+, I'd really like to enjoy it out of wine glasses.
Happy pizza!

Delicious pizzas, one of my favourite in Ottawa. I recommend the Sweet Tony. The Kernel corn pizza was very good too. Huge fan of the tiramisu. The service when they are less busy is exceptional, the servers when it’s weekend dinner are still very kind but the wait for food can be long.

The pizza was absolutely delicious, my daughter who only wanted noodles and tomato sauce, which was very good. But when we received it we were under the impression we received a kids portion as it was incredibly small, which we were fine with until we received the bill and it was $23!!! I added the server and she said that was the regular portion size. I would definitely go back for pizza but definitely not for pasta $23 for 12 noodles and tomato sauce is outrageous.

Waited over an hour..waiter explained the pizza has been fired. After having an overpriced salad and wine..I pressed the waiter and he admitted they pizza hadn't gone into the oven..even though he kept saying it would be out soon. If your kitchen can't keep up..stop taking food orders....will never be back...take my advice don't bother trying

To dine, the thin crust pizzas were tasty and the dining experience was great. But to pay, tips start from 22 % and we were surprised ?
Since this is not the best pizza place in town and you got Little Italy, there's no need to make the trip to Giulia.
