We were here before a concert on a Wednesday and the service was not good. Beers were taking 15 minutes to come to the table. They have a very strange way of serving food. Our appetizer was brought out and placed on the bar rather than bringing it straight to us. We watched it sit there for 10+ minutes before being brought to the table. We told our waitress it was cold but nothing was done. We were very confused why it wouldn’t just stay in the kitchen until it was time to be served. The exact same thing happened with our mains and all the fries were cold. We asked for fresh fries and they didn’t come out until we were paying our bills. I’m sure it would be a fine place to go if you’re just wanting to have drinks with friends but not for a meal.

Very friendly staff, great drinks, and a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere even when the bar was packed for the Blue Jays game. When we arrived, the staff at the door didn't realize a table had just come available when the whole place was full and actually chased after us outside to let us know there was a spot for us! :) Above and beyond service for our first time here, we will definitely be back

Me and my friend (both university students) came in at around 5 and sat down. We were almost immediately told that they had a lot of reservations at 7 and we said that’s fine, we’ll be out beforehand. After receiving our drinks, we were then not served or acknowledged for the next 20-30 minutes, all while the tables next to us were served, had their meals, and had a long conversation with our waitress. At 6, we decided we didn’t have enough time to eat and make it to our event at 7, so I paid for my $4 iced tea and we left. Super awkward, as me and my friend aren’t fans of confrontation, and didn’t want to be rude. Was excited to try the food, but guess not! :(

Had reservations here with friends to have a drink and a bite to eat before heading to City Folk. We were seated promptly and got our 1st drink. It slowly went downhill. It was busy, perhaps they understaffed. I saw 3 servers. We ordered food. My chicken fingers were hot, fries were cold on everyone's orders. My friend wanted salad not fries. Was promised she would get it and never did. Her burger was good at least. No condiments and I had to go to bar to get my own water as it was never brought to me and I grabbed the ketchup near by. Just so disappointing. Please do better.
