We’re from Montreal and were there for a day. I ordered a large mango bubble tea to share with my partner and my kid. Unfortunately I was busy to answer my clients message so my kid knocked down the cup and it spilled all over the floor. It’s totally our fault for not keeping our eyes on our kid and I apologized for that. My partner was disappointed with the situation so he was asking if they could accommodate us to help and they offered to make us a small tea to replace that. That was really thoughtful and we’re very appreciated that! Thank you so much for the wonderful drink and excellent service!

I bought 3 Taro milk tea, taste so bland. Not worth my money!!!!It’s so watery. Pearl milk tea doesn't taste good. Better to buy at Gong cha near Algonquin College.

I love bubble tea and I’ve ordered from many places. I’m also not a very picky eater and it’s hard for food to offend me but this place is sum else I swear. We ordered 3 drinks, brown sugar milk tea, a black tea milk tea and a taro milk tea AND THEY ALL TASTED LIKE FISH???????? HOW DO U MAKE BUBBLE TEA TASTE LIKE FISH???????? I couldn’t stomach a full sip. My stomach has been turning for the last half hour. I do NOT recommend. They sabotaged me.

Great standard bubble tea! I recommend the pearl milk tea, the brown sugar oolong, or the wintermelon milk tea with grass jelly. I like mine with less sugar and less ice but that's my personal taste. This place can get pretty packed but that's honestly a part of the experience. Love it!

Omygod the experience I had today made my day worsttt ever. So I went there with my whole family of 4and we arrived an hour before closing. Crest and Jack were there and we wanted to order alot of things but they said we cnt serve you when they just served their own community people. They cnt be choosing on who to serve and who not to. I will be going to headoffice about this. We drove for an hour to get there and just to get the drinks and were very excited and they said they were all out and what not. They didnot even care of the customer service and were very rude. Crest was still okay but Jack was losing his mind. This is not fair
Worst Service from the Jack & cresty the servers. They are not attending the customers we came from all the way rockland 55 minutes before store closing. They are just simply saying we are out of material blah blah blah. So rude to the customers. I hope the management give them again trainings for the customer service and etiquettes to deal with the customers and make some company rules, rather than the employee rules. Worsttt worstt worsttttt experience ???

I've had many taro bubble teas but this one tasted very bland like they didn't put enough powder or something. The tapioca also doesn't have that brown sugar taste that most bubble tea places have. Disappointing because it's almost $9 for this drink and now it's going in the
