The PH Kitchen (formerly Grab N' Eat by H&B)

My family and I have been going to PH Kitchen (formerely Grab N Eat) ever since it opened a few years ago and I can easily say it’s the best filipino spot in Ottawa. Their karinderya style eats are very warm, comforting, authentic and affordable. Definitely a must try if you’re looking for filipino food in Ottawa.

Nag dine-in dyan earlier. All of the food that was served is so delicious specialy the halo-halo! Your employee named 'Geon' was so nice to us. Just wondering if pwede po namin malaman name nya sa facebook? Me and my husband wants to be friends with him 'cause he was kind. Thank you!

Loved this place so much! The food was so fresh and tasty. I felt the customer service was spectacular! The kind man let us sample a few dishes to see what we would like and I really appreciated it! There was no wait and food was handled with care and diligence.
The price was good and we really enjoyed our meal. I’m very happy with my experience here and will come back very soon!!

FANTASTIC FILIPINO FOOD! I got catering and it was excellent as usual. I’ve had lunch here a couple of times and the value of their combo is very difficult to beat! Highly recommended

I recently bought chicken BBQ from PH Kitchen yesterday (August 2, 2025), and I was very disappointed. The chicken seemed uncooked, with fresh blood and raw meat inside. I also bought pork BBQ, but the meat was so tough it was like chewing on stone.

Previously, I let my complaints slide, like the time I ordered ampalaya with egg—some of the ampalaya slices were still raw and hard, mixed in with the cooked pieces, and it just wasn’t delicious.

PH Kitchen used to have better food quality, but it has really gone downhill. I hope management takes this seriously because serving raw chicken is unsafe.

On top of that, the girl at the counter with red lipstick was unfriendly and maldita.
