First time tried the orleans location and the food was nothing like their other locations. Chicken was dry, potatoes stale and cold. Only rice and salad was decent.

It's take out only, not an issue, but even to wait there are only 3 chairs. We went for the crispy shawarma. It was quite expensive compared to the others we've seen online. It was a great shawarma, we enjoyed it, but I think there are bigger and cheaper crispy shawarma in the city.

Got soggy shawarma after a 40+ minute wait. Other locations may be better but this one is NOT good.
