No hair nets and they have their hair loose and very long. Not good but the food is perfect until I find a hair

I recently visited the Green Rebel location at Constitution Square. While waiting for my order, I observed the employees at work and was shocked to see that none of them were wearing hairnets. While preparing salads, they were leaning over the food with their hair hanging down, which was very concerning. I was so put off by this that I almost canceled my order. I will definitely not be returning, as it raises questions about what other sanitation practices might not be followed.

Dietary restrictions: Several gluten free options and the staff were knowledgeable and accomodating to make small substitutions to expand the gluten free options.

This is my go to lunch location every time I'm downtown for work. The food is great, and the staff are even better. I love that they know who I am and what I want! I don't mind spending a little extra on quality ingredients and Green Rebel consistently delivers quality each time.
