I ordered a lamb mandi for 2 and we decided to eat at the restaurant as we were really hungry. The food is great. The lamp was well cooked with spices and the rice tasted great. The mint chutney they provided was awesome.
There is no much space for dine in . There is only 3 four seater tables and it’s very difficult to sit in that space if the other table is occupied so I suggest to take out the food.
The restaurant should really work out on its dine in services and ambience of the restaurant

This restaurant seems to regularly call delivery drivers before the food is ready, so many drivers end up crowding the hallway, which makes it very unsuitable for dine-in customers.

Before our visit, I read some comments/ reviews here about the lamb being dry - they are WRONG. It's hard to understand why anyone would slander this gorgeous kitchen.

The lamb is tender and succulent !

Maybe the best I've had at an eatery - this said, it's not a mere eatery, but a very warm, friendly, family run kitchen atmosphere.

The spices are a perfect blend, and exquisitely authentic (imported from Yemen every couple months) !

Thank you for the great meal

When entering the restaurant yesterday I feared to try but was encouraged by the lady in the kitchen and told my daughter and son listen may not look fancy place true but I felt confident the food will be okay. I ordered the Mandi Lamb double portion, two wraps and one of their sweet banana specialties, the lady said too much but I wanted to try as I may never come back. The food was amazing, well cooked and taste perfectly and the price is good as well.

Highly recommended and it is a true Hadramout cuisine.

Congratulations to the owner

Best chicken wrap ever in Ottawa, bread is freshly made and it’s crispy but not too oily, filling is perfect blend of crunchy and juicy🤌

I was really disappointed with our visit. The menu was very limited and felt more like fast food than a proper dine-in experience. I was expecting hummus on the side, but it wasn’t included. The biggest issue, however, was the food quality. The rice was tasteless, the chicken had an unpleasant smell, and the lamb was dry. We went there to celebrate my son’s birthday and spent $90, but unfortunately, none of us enjoyed the meal. Sadly, I can’t recommend this place.

Horrible food.
We ordered double lamb mandi. lamb was dry and hard, looked re-fried. Rice didn’t have any real broth flavor, taste seemed heavily based on chicken-powder/flavor stocks. Rice were dry and tasteless. Not recommended
