My mother and I arrived at 2:25 PM, and before we could even step inside, a lady shouted from within, 'We're closed, out, come back later!' My 67-year-old mom tried to understand what was going on, but the lady shouted again, 'We're closed!' Never in my life have I felt such disgust. I live in Kanata, and I can assure you, I will never return.

Avoid going on morning cause they would sell you the leftover from past day even they are running baking fresh one, and the lady working their talking to you on extreme upper nose

Best Pita Bread! ?

Tasty pita bread and I like that it’s sugar free. Popped in yesterday for some and they gave me piece hot and fresh from the oven.

On April 29th I happen to be in Ottawa, figured I would drop in and get some fresh pita, Hanna's has always been so good, we as a family of 6 love it. Honest people are the best, I was paying and had accidentally give an extra $5.00, and the gentle man who was there, could have not said anything, but he made sure to return it. Honesty is appreciated. Thank you.

As a loyal and regular customer, initially, I was not willing to share this photo, but unfortunately, this issue is happening repeatedly. The quality of their pita bread is not acceptable. Usually, one side of their whole wheat bread is burned. I hope they can find this review helpful by realizing the status of the product that customers are receiving. They may also need to improve their production line and improve the quality of their product. However, I recently switched to another brand which local bakeries are bringing from Montreal instead of this producer.
