This review is for Happy Goat's coffee subscription program and their espresso beans. I have been a member of their subscription program for many years and I absolutely love it! I can customize when the beans are sent depending on my usage, and the delivery is always quick (2 business days, but I also live in the country). I subscribe to the decaf espresso beans and they work beautifully in my Breville espresso machine. The taste is wonderful and they make the best lattes and cappuccinos every time. Highly recommend trying the subscription program if you love drinking Happy Goat coffee and want to support local businesses.

We are on a mission to try new cafes in the Ottawa area where we live. For a cafe to be called “ The Happy Goat” the staff was anything but happy. Maybe the goat is! As we walked in - no smiles, no hello’s. ordered a BLT and two coffees. No friendly interaction. Our BLT arrived cut in half - no bacon on one side only two tiny pieces overall. I brought it back and they did remake it - no smiles, no apologies. We will not be going back.

It's a nice working space, a bit dark, but has good amount of outlets and good wifi. Pretty standard food experience, the milk foam on the latte started off nice but then it got very large and bubbly.

Out of all the Happy Goat locations I've been to in Ottawa, this is by far the best one. It looks weird from the outside, but the moment you open the doors to go in, it's super spacious, with great music and calming lights. The service is also amazing and the young lady who served me got my order on point. (No other place gets it the way I like it) 100% recommend.
