This was our closest happy goat and it is amazing! The cafe is always so clean , the staff so friendly and the coffee is soo good!! The staff at this location truly make you feel so welcomed !

I used to absolutely love this coffee shop. The baristas were always so sweet and friendly, and the drinks were consistently 10/10 perfection. I’ve also introduced so many people to this place. However, the vibe has completely changed. The current baristas are cold, standoffish, and just stare at you like you’re inconveniencing them…

One barista in particular (the one always wearing a baseball cap) takes the cake. The attitude is unreal like I personally offended her by ordering a drink at… a coffee shop.

On top of the unfriendly energy, the quality of the drinks has gone downhill drastically. Their matcha used to be my favourite it was always a beautiful vibrant green with the most perfect balanced flavour. But over my last 3–4 visits, I’ve had to send my drinks back because it was basically just a SAD pale cup of milk with a hint of matcha.

It’s honestly so disappointing because this used to be my go-to spot. Now I just leave annoyed and matcha-less. I truly hope management steps in to bring back the friendly staff, quality drinks, and warm atmosphere that made this place so special.

I come here often to study with friends. The atmosphere is super cozy and the industrial look sets up the perfect vibe to sit down and lock in on my studies. I usually order a chai latte and a pastry (cookie or muffin) and haven’t had any issues so far. The staff is also super friendly and welcoming.

It’s open late enough (8am to 8pm every day) until I need to mentally take a break from studying. I’ll continue to be back so long as the place is still up and running!

honestly the baristas when I went were very stand off ish, so my customer experience in that regard was really weird….usually the people who work at different locations are really pleasant/friendly!

But otherwise it’s a good spot to study it is pretty quiet.

Me and my friend had an amazing time at this place today! the girl was so lovely and sweet, she was so accommodating and then she saw that we were studying outside and offered us waters before they closed. small things like that really just warm my heart. also I love this place they steam the milk so nice and I love the espresso :D Thank you girl.

This particular coffee shop is pleasant and the customer service was great. I only bought a yogurt parfait which contained granola and a berry layer as well so I can't speak to the other food such as muffins, but what I had was really tasty. They also have a patio with tables with umbrellas for the hot summer days.

We enjoy stopping by at this Happy Goat location when I’m in that end of town. I enjoy the lattes, the ginger cookies and occasionally an herb scone. Staff are friendly and know many of their customers so it’s a good community spot to meet with friends or go on your own. Weekends tend to be busier times so be prepared to wait for a table or for a parking spot.

I think this happy goat could do better with their service. I have been here several times before writing this review. To start with, they are constantly out of cookies. I wonder why they don't just order more...Sometimes the barista is rude (ie. one specific barista who makes conversation with some people but not with others), staff are not attentive of who is in line and who comes next. There is a clear line that forms starting from the cash down to the bar, the same rude barista today served the person on the opposite side of the line who was wearing a suit over me. (I was clearly next in line) This specific aforementioned scenario is not that big of a deal, however, as a visible minority living in the main street area, it's already an unwelcoming environment due to the demographic who live here. (primarily caucasian and not very friendly) My experiences at other Happy Goat locations have been top notch! Plenty of customer interaction and friendly attitudes. This one needs work.

Vibes are always peak at Happy GOAT. The latte art on point and the service always kind and friendly. Couldn’t ask for better!

It’s hit or miss here. Curdled cream in coffee was inexcusable.
