A decent latte, though I prefer a medium to light roast. Love that they offer Maverick's donuts.

Big hype about coffee. Yes if you want to pay for the caffeine free soy latte and the 'hipster' server go for it.

It’s well locate, the service is excellent.

Great coffee, nice atmosphere. Haven't had any food yet but it's your regular café bites. Happy Goat roasts their own coffee beans too, so if you like it enough you can take some home with you.

Super CHIL and relaxing environment. Lists of space and cosy seats. Only issue I found for students was lack of electrical outlets available. Only a couple of spots have them. Other than that service is good and staff are friendly. Wish they had more outlets would have been perfect place.

Great local chain with a good selection of beverages (including good craft beers) and snacks. They have a nice little patio that enables a breath of fresh air when it is crowded inside.
This is about the coziest coffee shop you can find in the Ottawa area! The space is open and airy feeling, while also being woodsy and chalet-like, so even when it's full to the rafters, it still feels like there is enough space for you to sit, relax and get comfortable, and enjoy their excellent coffee. They also have excellent in-house booch, if you're a kombucha lover. The staff are friendly, and on it. Really good vibes here, and their swag is hilarious, and cool - I really need one of those 'goat crew' tshirts (Capricorn here). So, yeah, I'm a happy goat during my visit here, and I'll absolutely be back for more! I noticed that there's a new Starbucks about to open up just down the street, basically just across from where Happy Goat is, so I hope people will still choose the goat over the corporate mermaid. I know I will.

I'm not a coffee drinker but these guys have a lovely selection of teas. The baked goods are varied, delicious, and often vegan. The atmosphere in here is cozy and nice. Great for studying, which is what I'm usually up to, but I see a lot of people hanging out here to chat. The servers are really sweet and kind too. This is the only coffee shop in Ottawa where the staff make me feel welcome!

Popped into the Happy Goat on Sunny Side and Bank in Old Ottawa South. Great little cafe, manged to get in with our large twin stroller, luckily it wasn't too busy. Great staff, good coffee and fab chicken wrap. Couldn't ask for more. thanks.

A neighborhood coffee shop that ticks all the boxes. A dark yet welcoming decor, some comfy seating, a friendly barista, a few baked good, and most importantly some delicious coffee. Seriously, the best iced latte I've had so far.
