It is way too expensive for the quality, I ordered a ribeye definitely not the best I had in my life but it was eatable.There was a fan just above us, it was quite cold in the room I asked many time to close it to the waiter he said ok but never did.

Visited here for the first time on a trip, and was craving for a good steak while in the city. Thought I'd give it a try because the reviews were overall good. My mistake.My waiter, while nice, seldom came by.Unfortunately, my steak was lukewarm when it had arrived, and since my waiter never came around to ask how it was, I ate it because I was hungry. I noticed other tables around me received plenty of visits, a prepared explanation of the menu and how to go about ordering- none of which I received. That's fine, I chalked it up to being a solo diner.When another waitress came around, only then did I get any refills of my water, and out of courtesy, she asked how my food was. I told her it was cold but fine, and she let my waiter know while I was in sight. Never did he come by to address it, or ask how the food was as I continued eating my meal.He seemed to avoid confrontation, as the bill came with who I assumed to be the manager. Again, no mention of my comment on the food. They did package my leftovers nicely, and added a square of chocolate and bun for dessert.TLDR: Overall the food was okay, steak was extremely subpar, considering the premium you're paying. I'd only recommend the truffle fries.I'd much prefer going to the Whalesbone just down the street for WAY better customer service and food that doesn't cost you an arm and a leg.

I went here for an anniversary dinner with my fiancé. The food was lovely and tasty, and we were given Prosecco when we told our waiter that it was our anniversary. Unfortunately, we were never told that these drinks would be billed to us, on top of what is an already expensive meal.Edit: originally gave this 4 stars, but they were quick to contact me and mitigate this issue.
