HO response was quick + follow-ups with Jaclyn Real Person! At 216 their Manager Rassi & Server Omar knew my name as we came in to enjoy HO make-good my suggestion of a complimentary veg burger & fave Strawberry Handspun Shake. Success with Harvey's app would have earned me points & loyalty benefits.
Maybe my old MS 7 vs newer MS10 caused missed menu items or my wrong entries on the app. More care might earn points to earn benefits like Burger Boss for $3 first one. I avoid buying anything American, use mainly Harvey's, Cdn A&W & local meals in tRump years. With reliable American Google OS! :) No McDs, Burger King, Dairy Queen or Starbucks. For takeout, I'd use Winnipeg's SKIP, not US DoorDash.

They employees when I lost forgot my shoe bag for basketball they caught it right away and when I remembered I had forgot after 3 to 4 hours they said here are your shoes. Very good customer service

My first and last time eating Harveys. Me and my wife got an angus burger each and it barely tasted like beef and the consistency reminded me of sawdust. The pickles was the worst we've ever had and I don't even know what the hell they did to those. The fries was soggy and looked like they came from the garbage bin. I didn't finish anything on my menue except the pepsi. Wife got a chocolate shake and a poutine and said those were pretty good that's why the 2 star instead of 1. $40 down the drain 👎
