We haven't been for a while so it was nice to see the upgraded seating area decor. It feels warm and cozy in there. Food was great. All hot and fresh. Staff should be more friendly. No one smiled. No one said thank you. They barely even acknowledged us standing in line. We seemed like we more of a bother to them then anything else.

I order from this Harvey's all the time. I am extremely disappointed today. The burgers were not cooked. They were cold on the inside. Not edible. I ordered directly from their website. I tried calling the number listed on their website and the same number is listed on Google. The number is not assigned. So you cannot call them if you are missing an item or to say... hey my burgers are cold on the inside. Extremely disappointed.

I have been to this Harvey’s many times, over the last 5 years. And I can say with 100% certainty that this is the best Harvey’s in all of Ottawa. I have never had a bad experience here. Every single time I come here I get my food fast, hot, and never missing a single thing. The staff is always professional and polite. A big thank you to the staff and the management!

Came to this location of Harvey's for a quick bite before a flight. The location is a few minutes away from the Ottawa-Cartier International Airport, in a little plaza along with other businesses and restaurants. There are no Harvey's restaurants where I live, so this was a bit of a change from our usual hamburger restaurant choices back home. There was not much of a wait for the food, and we enjoyed the hamburger and poutine, and the burger's toppings were applied per our order. Plenty of tables and seats in the restaurant, along with free parking outside that's shared with other businesses. We'll be back someday.

Love this place but the cashier had a hard time taking our order we had to repeat our order a few times before she got it right
The last time I ordered for pickup, I was given a regular burger instead of an Angus. Last night I gave it another try. Mistake! Although they gave me an Angus, the bun was burnt and as hard as a hockey puck. I returned it, and they made me another one. The bun was slightly dry, but edible. Just!
The need to drive there was twice was unacceptable. I won’t be back.
