I have been coming to Harvey's since I was a pre teen and have always loved their food. Their Angus burger is the best burger I've had from any fast food spot, the fries are the best, their hot dogs are all beef and are delicious, chicken burgers are great, and their milkshakes rock! I still frequent this Harvey's and have never had a bad experience with them.

All was good until I noticed that young girl sitting on the food counter texting away throughout our order. She couldn’t care less with regard to proper customer service nor proper hygiene ethics! Steer clear from this establishment with dismal teenage customer service!

Absolutely terrible. My partner loves Harvey’s and I think it looks gross but I figured give it a shot since he eats there all the time and raves about it.
I got nuggets he got the poutine. We both now have food poisoning and haven’t been able to stop throwing up :) I should’ve stuck with my instincts. The girl in the back handles all food with barehands. She was serving hamburgers with BARE hands?? The veggies in the tray are almost rotten and it was filthy behind the counter and infront. I’m not surprised I got sick and I should’ve been smarter. Never again.

We came today afternoon. The brown mid-aged lady is rude, very different from the other branch. I asked nicely if she can give back my coupon she strongly said NO. She said a lot of rude words. Also, staff are always chitchatting not attentive to the customer
