I'm from out west and don't get this type of wonderful service from a fast food restaurant. It is super clean and the food is made the way I like it and the staff were all wonderful and very accommodating. I'd be back when I visit Ottawa again in a few months.

This location gives me absolutely terrible customer experiences every time i order delivery. They pack too much into one bag, crushing my burgers and piling items on top of open containers of fries/onion rings. They are constantly forgetting items that I've paid for, and I get no refund. I really like Harvey's food, but unfortunately based on their track record, I now have to order elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Extremely slow service. I was the only one in line and my order still took over 20 minutes to be prepared. The staff were just "focusing" on making UberEats orders. The next person who did order still got their food before me.

The food is always great at Harvey’s but the service was not the best, but they were pretty busy. I was in and out very quickly which I appreciated. The burgers I got were great, but the hotdog not so much. The onion rings are always awesome.
Love the food here. One of my goto fast food places. I love getting the onion rings. I usually get a burger or a chicken wrap and it's topped to my liking.Staff was friendly but the parking was challenging.I recommend a visit when looking for a quick meal.

I ordered through Uber eats .. all three burgers had specifically listed different toppings.. the flunky that made them was so dense that all three burgers got topped the same .. I used to work at Harvey’s when I was young .. couldn’t get a more simple job .. sad to say I will never spend money at another Harvey’s!!

This place cant read an uber order cant even imagine what the service is like in person...working in a kitchen I can't understand how a simple order like 1 poutine and 2 orders of deep fried pickles cant be fullfilled..all I got was my poutine...its not ubers fault they deliver what they are given...horrible restaurant

Love this Location. My server ‘Lulu’ easily handled my Large ‘Birthday’ Order! The food was delicious. Hot. Nothing missing. Yummy. 5 stars out of 5 stars. I’m going back again now that I’ve discovered this Perfect franchise of Harvey’s.
