I had an extremely disappointing experience at Harvey’s tonight around 10.30 pm. I waited in the driveway for about 20 minutes, even though my order was ready. Not a single staff member came to the window to assist me, which forced me to go inside the restaurant. I found all the staff were chatting there, completely ignoring that a customer was waiting outside for a pickup. This lack of attentiveness and customer service is unacceptable. Really disappointed!!!

Great and friendly staff especially Nipa :). Orders are always done correctly. Love the Deep Fried Dill Pickles. Our family comes to this location regularly on Sundays.

We had an amazing time, and Nipa was incredibly nice and helpful!!
Food was okay, but delayed. Restaurant was filled with garbage all over the floor, every table was dirty, and staff really didn't seem engaged with each other, let alone with customers.
