Worst service ever. I don't eat bread and didn't want a side I just wanted 3 angus patties with toppings and pepsi. Wanted to charge me 37$, last time I went with colleagues it was 18$ with toppings so I questioned that. Manager (I think, not sure, bald guy) tells me it is store policy if I want toppings I have to pay full price. I argue, was annoyed but polite, a bit ridiculous for a few veggies. Asked for ketchup and mayo he didn't want to give me mayo. Ended up telling me not to come back. Manager is on a power trip. All of this for 0.50$ bread I didn't want and I few veggies. Will not go back that's for sure. Have friends that go often and get the same and they get toppings.. lol WOW

I witness the worst customer service ever from the manager.
Very rude and over charging the client.
The client was ordering something I do all the time, and then they were going to charge her for veggies and condiments.
Wouldn't give the poor women mayo. The whole point of Harvey's is the options to put what you want on your burgers even if you have no bun or an extra patty ... seriously. Why would you get charged extra.
They even told the lady never to come back.

I'm sorry but for YEARS I've order exactly what she ordered and never ever had issues.

This manager needs to be let go and go for customer service training.

EVERY single time I order from here they forget at least half the order, or otherwise have caused the order to be inedible (i.e. drinks spilling in the bag? Why???). In person? Fine. Tolerable. It's a standard harveys. Ordering any kind of delivery? Don't do it. Choose literally anywhere else.

There are many Harvey's locations in this city, but this location has always provided the best service and the best quality food in my experience. That is why we keep coming back! The familiar staff are certainly a factor in that.

Horrible location! Long waiting due to the flooding in the kitchen, small unfilled boxes of poutine and fries and an argumentative attitude from the guy who served us. That’s how clients never come back!!

Just went to the drive-through at 11:45 PM, two cars ahead of me and they are already ordered, but apparently it’s closed. I thought Harvey’s slogan is eat great even late, until 12AM, well, not at this location

Called to let them know and the person who I was speaking to and sharing my experience didn’t even apologize and when I said pardon me but I am not coming to your restaurant again as this has happened Twice he just said bye and hung up on me

It was pouring rain, and we pulled up to the drive-thru and waited for a good 4 minutes, opening the window trying to speak to the worker, and we got all wet.
Yet, we got no answer or no response. When we got to the window, the man/worker was extremely rude and disrespectful and kept telling us to order at the microphone, and accused us of lying when we told him that we had waited at the drive through. There was also a van in front of us that had dealt with the same thing, and they had even opened their car door and got drenched in the rain. I’ve never even written a review, but the man was so disrespectful and treated us awfully, I had to write a review. Will not be coming back, extremely awful experience.
