Don't know his name but the guy who works drive thru at night is amazing. We often choose Harvey's when we want fast food just because of how good his service is. Looks like he's doing everything himself in there and he is so cheerful and helpful. 5 stars just for him!

The lady at the counter is not nice. There is a sign at the counter that says her boss challenged a 5 star but not sure how to give 5 star if she is angry to give any service at all.
