Constant issues with accuracy of order - doesn’t seem to matter if you order online, walk in or go thru the drive thru. Missing items, wrong items, and don’t expect Skip to help resolve anything. You have to fight with them just to get a refund. Very disappointing.

Hands down the absolute worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever had from a Harvey’s. The server was short and abruptly. The chicken was dry and old, like it’s been sitting in the heater for hours. The bun was soggy wet, the pop that was served was pure ice, like 100 ml of pop. Don’t go to this Harvey’s. The fries and onion rings were cold as ice and burnt.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Paid $20, waited 20 minutes, and my order was never even started. Staff were clueless, no manager available, and I couldn’t get a debit refund in year 2025. Horrible experience. Never come here.

The staff were really friendly. The service was great! The food tasted amazing. The whole experience was just really good. The restaurant was also extremely clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this Harvey's location. Best in Ottawa!

Currently waiting in the drive through. It has been 20 minutes. Only one car in front of me. Insane wait times every time I come here.
Took about 13 minutes or so to get a burger and frings. We had ordered two slushy drinks but the slushy machine turned out not to be working so we had to take substitutes. The chicken burger was dry, onion rings overcooked. The wall mounted hand sanitizers (2 of them) were inoperable. Navigating the place isn’t fun either the floor is so incredibly slick everywhere throughout the store - which is concerning with a pregnant wife.. it’s a pretty serious safety issue. I wouldn’t ever return to this location.

I will never use the drive through again. I’ve been through it twice and each time it’s a 10+ minute wait. There were about four cars waiting behind me. When I finally received my food, it was cold. They seem to consistently be very understaffed and badly managed. Very frustrating.

This place consistently disappoints. Waited a long time for two burgers, fries and onion rings. The burgers were cold and the toppings were completely wrong. A few weeks ago, we waited 40 minutes for a burger and chicken strips. Avoid this place. If you’re craving Harvey’s specifically, your time is better spent driving further away to another location.
