Good burger but they sat and chatted while my burger got cold. I had to ask them to get it like I was imposing.
This was a few weeks ago. It was slow today so they were very quick. Much better.

Second chance Harvey's, worse than the first.
Ordered just a cheeseburger because of past experience, received a cold burger with a crusty bun. The cheese never melted, burger was that cold.

It’s terrible when you get other a coffee that gives you empty cup and once of dry grounds coffee with creamer for the price I found they are extremely lazy

Inedible. Was served cold fries & rings. Staff’s English comprehension is lacking. Guy in the kitchen (delivery guy? Owner?) coughing on his bare hands… yuck. Won’t come to this location again. Same issues with the St Hubert as it’s the same staff.

Decided to give this location another chance. I’m pretty sure they make nothing from the Harvey’s fresh, burger was a dry puck and I didn’t see anyone grilling the burgers. Bun was sooo dry. Won’t be back to this location.

The service was so bad I had to leave a review. Waited in the drive thru for 30 mins and when I got my food, the toppings were completely wrong. Not only was the bun soggy and cold, but I got the frings and both were cold & hard. Never had a bad harvey’s experience up to this point. I’m definitely not coming back.

Constant issues with accuracy of order - doesn’t seem to matter if you order online, walk in or go thru the drive thru. Missing items, wrong items, and don’t expect Skip to help resolve anything. You have to fight with them just to get a refund. Very disappointing.
