I went through the drive through for 2 junior cheeseburgers. 8 minutes later they were ready. When I eventually stopped to eat, I found one was made as asked (all dressed with hot peppers) and the second ONLY had hot peppers. If there was one or two condiments missing, I probably wouldn't care much, but missing the entire "all dressed" is inexcusable. Not the first time this drive through has been completely wrong. Another time I ordered a chicken sandwich and received a double burger with bacon.... No longer going to this location and can I trust Harvey's drive through?

We visited the drive-thru and ended up waiting over 10 minutes, despite there being no customers inside and only one car (ours) in line.
It took 15 minutes to get two burgers that were cold, including the onions and patties. The fries were hard, and the onion rings were also tough.
The employees were just chatting with each other and not paying attention to the orders. The service was disappointing—no courtesy, no "thank you," and they slammed the window shut without saying anything when handing over the order after we say thank you.

Overall good but i had specific issue with Harvey’s at this location is their application does not show this location in order to get benefits of in app coupons and discounts.
The drive thru here is always painfully slow. But the other night there was a new person working and we waited 27 minutes for 2 meals.

Manager was awkward taking my order. Then walked away and was on his phone showing something to his coworker... Instead of taking my girlfriend's order who was standing right there. No one ever came and took her order. Horrendous customer service. Eat somewhere else.

I had to ask the cashier where the $25 giftcards are because I want the free original burger you get when you buy the giftcard.
She was clueless.
She had to ask every worker and even an india guy wearing a button shirt (I'm guessing the manager) he said he will look in the back and he found a huge stack of those cards. And guess what? I couldn't buy the giftcard because NONE of the workers knew how to sell me the giftcard!! Unbelievable. Food was great though.

I waited more than 25 minutes for two burgers. I had so much time on my hands, I'm actually writing this review while still sitting in their drive-thru. I will not be back.

The food is good, if they get the order correct. Besides the meal itself, for a FASTFOOD chain, it took me 20 minutes to wait to order when theres only 2 cars infront of me and another 10 minutes to wait for my order, certainly not fast enough. This has been going on for more than a year and has not been improved.
