A good and decent breakfast experience is not just about the food; it's about the ambiance and service too. Imagine starting your day with a delicious meal served in a cozy setting with attentive and friendly staff. It sets the tone for a wonderful day ahead.

Dropped in for a coffee and some light Sunday work and found a great brunch, friendly atmosphere and great food. Super friendly and welcoming staff. Bright windows for people watching! Will definitely be coming back.

I've been having trouble finding a pet-friendly coffee in Ottawa. The staff made us feel very welcome with our dog, even though they would close in 20 minutes (Sorry about that). Good coffee also.

I’m not one to write reviews but I had to.First time at HQ and it was quite a neutral experience. The food was great but the service we received from Emma left us with a bitter taste. We were a table of 4 and one friend ended up being super late (our bad for that). While waiting and taking time to catch up we wanted the croffle/fried chicken meal which she told us was sold out as there’s no more chicken left. Never gave us alternatives we chose something else. Roads were closed due to the protest so we took our friend’s order over the phone. She kept MISGENDERING him and calling him “she” after correcting her twice and saying it’s a guy not a girl- still kept calling her she. At that point we left it alone. She told us there’s no bacon but could be replaced with grilled chicken instead— at that point I reminded her she told us there’s no chicken left- she said there’s no fried chicken left—- she never gave us that information or option to replace the fried chicken with the grilled chicken if that could have been done.—- whether it’s fried or grilled or boiled CHICKEN IS CHICKEN.It honestly felt like any questions we would ask was a pain for her to answer. Eye rolled- tight shoulders, cold demeanor—- just looked like she didn’t want to be there. Didn’t check on us to see if everything was good.I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Dan who was not our server but was such a joy to have come across!! He gave us water when he saw our glasses were empty, asked us how our meals were and if we needed anything. Had a smile and such a warm aura.He didn’t have to but he did it and it was not left unnoticed. I wish the tip would have gone to him instead.Just for him, I would come to the restaurant again. His customer service was excellent and the food was good.

Quality of service was sub par. Servers could not answer questions about the menu. We didn’t order drinks and were not even offered water. The eggs on both our dishes were over cooked. The server did not come by to do a quality check. The bathrooms were dirty, the soap dispenser was empty and the hand towels were empty too. The overall experience was very disappointing. So many better places to spend your hard earned money.

Prices are a bit high, but the quality is good, and the plating is eye-catching! Their coffee is great and they have one of the best peanut butter cookies ?? I've ever eaten ? The interior atmosphere is spacious with an industrial vibe to it! ?Vegetarian options: There are veg options!Parking: Extremely limited paid street parking in front, then there are paid parking garages nearby as well.Kid-friendliness: Not the place to bring kids.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps, but there are double, non automatic doors to enter?

Grabbed a croissant from Headquarters. Was unimpressed. It was dry and hard. Their concept is cool. They are part hair salon and part cafe/restaurant. Maybe their drinks and meals are better. Decor, ambiance and staff are nice. Maybe I will return in the future to try something else.Street parking or paid parkade parking only.

Great food, great staff. The French toast is incredible, the chicken waffles is k because the waffles are k chicken is excellent but small portion, the croffle things are amazing in any varietyThe speciality coffee are underwhelming and wouldn't recommend. Just get the standard coffee. The dulce Leche speciality coffee should be way sweeter

Went for brunch. My wife's "croffle" was ice cold, my potatoes were cold, my bacon was cold and congealed, the house made hot sauce was surprisingly tasty, service was awesome, coffee was also good, and a 15% gratuity is included in the bill. Overall I wouldn't recommend it, pretty disappointingWheelchair accessibility: Entrance is accessible, no steps, one small bump

I have been getting my hair done here with Sam for years now. She is amazing! I am so grateful for her talent and the level of attention she puts into her work. She really goes above & beyond and has such a positive energy. All of the staff are very kind and welcoming. Highly recommend?

Love a place with non-pork breakfast options!! Energy and the service was great. First time having a meatball Benny and honestly a great experience. Great brunch option in byward!

Brunch was aggressively mid. Avocado on toast was small and unspectacular, 17$ is a crazy price for what you get. Parmesan and jalapeño wings were good but not great. Atmosphere is nice, and the drinks were quite good but came out 10 minutes after we had finished eating. Seemed understaffed. Overall would not

Nice brunch spot in downtown Ottawa. The atmosphere was chill and had great entertainment. The food was also tasty and service was ok. They also have a variety of options, including vegetarian. However, I found it kind of surprising that a 15% gratuity was included in the bill upfront, for a table of 3.
