I waited at the cash, waiting to place my order for 6 minutes. I saw 3 people working , walking past me , swearing at eachother. No one even acknowledged me once . So I just left . I've seen some bad customer service but that was a entire new low .
Everyobe that day should be fired !!

A week or so ago, I arrived in a snowstorm 10 15 mins before the store opened. I waited patiently for the store to open. When I went in and asked for the mala candles I was looking for, the woman gestured off into the distance and said, they're over there. When I couldn't find them I inquired again and she said, oh, we're out of those. No offer of help. I started to leave and thought before I drive all over town in a blizzard ill ask. So I did, were there other Healthy Planet stores in Ottawa? She said, yes, Merivale and Orleans. When I asked if she could call and see if they had any before I drive all over. Her response? Dead faced; You can Google that.
Whole foods had what I needed and I will NEVER shop at Healthy Planet again.
