Beautiful store and very friendly, helpful staff that are always happy to help you find exactly what you need. They offer such a wide variety of products that are so healthy and their prices are also very fair. If you require any food alternatives they are sure to have it!

I love Healthy Planet! As a vegan, there’s a lot of products here I haven’t been able to find elsewhere in Ottawa. They also have lots of sales. I would also recommend checking out their spa/beauty section. I found some great stuff.Joseph is also a fantastic cashier- and very helpful when I need to find anything.Also- as somebody who HATES parking in Ottawa, there is a great parking lot so it’s easily accessible!

I visited Healthy Planet on Trainyards today, and I received efficient and pleasant customer service from Rob, he helped me find the supplement I was looking for with ease. As I was done my shopping and heading for the check out counter - I met Joseph, greeted me with a smile, just enough conversation, and welcomed me back for another visit. Great staff, clean shop, and stocked well.

I had a disappointing experience at Healthy Planet this afternoon. After purchasing a cosmetic product, I immediately realized I no longer wanted it. I had not left the premises, or opened the item, but when I tried to return it after reviewing my receipt, two employees, Fatima and Mona, refused to void the transaction (return).The two employees insisted it was a 'final sale' item, a condition not mentioned at the time of purchase nor clearly indicated in the store. Despite pointing out the lack of communication, the staff, unfortunately, were not willing to come to a compromise and to compound the issue, there were no managers available.For a store that should embody the principles of customer service, this was a letdown. It's important for fellow shoppers to be aware that Healthy Planet might not honor standard return practices.

Good variety of products but the customer service is terrible. The staff are careless, clueless, uneducated on products and overall just don’t care. The cash register is very awkwardly placed and is full of stuff in the way not leaving any counter space to put your items on. I’ll take my business to Kardish, muchh better experience and actually better prices and service.
