If you don’t order ahead don’t bother.
I heard good things about this place. I was on my way back from dropping someone off at the airport in Montreal. I arrived at 4:55 pm to an empty restaurant. There is no one dining in. I tried to order and they said they could have it ready for 6:40. I’ve got animals at home and don’t live in Orleans. I can’t be trekking across the city with the way the Queensway is to pick this up. I felt for them because they said they were super busy. Maybe ownership needs to hire more staff to deal with the demand.
I would have appreciated a heads up on the wait time before I even picked up a menu to order.

I was really excited to try this place after hearing great reviews, but honestly, it underwhelmed completely. I tried the spicy salmon, diablo and crunch roll. Spicy salmon roll was good and tasted fresh. The diablo and crunch roll were really bad; the shrimp was chewy and the tempura was not crunchy or crispy at all. Disappointed but I guess the prices are fair atleast.

This place is great. Friendly, good filling-to-rice ratio in their maki rolls.
The owner was the nicest upon entry! She advised that the location is the second one in the city and is within the first couple of weeks since they opened it. She was so nice and even threw in free miso soup after we chatted about how I heard about them. The food is amazing and so worth the price!!
