Absolutely love this place! Jamie and Sersei are the friendliest people, they always make me feel so welcome. The coffee is top-notch and the paninis are unreal. I’m totally hooked on their Luigi Panini (seriously, it’s the best I’ve ever had). Perfect spot for a quick lunch or a cozy coffee break.

Extremely slow service, low quality drinks.
They only have 2 people working on a sunday. And they are extremely slow

Generally a nice place with a casual, laid-back atmosphere. Not a place for quick take-away coffee, service can be extremely slow. Over 45min wait for two cappuccinos on a Sunday morning with two staff on counter.

First of all - their iced lattes are always amazing. Service is usually good and friendly, however I waited 45 minutes for 1 iced latte that was forgotten behind the counter. Many customers also seemed to be waiting for a very long time for their drinks, and drinks were forgotten about despite the number system. I get it’s busy and there’s only so many staff, however waiting that long for coffee is kind of ridiculous. Might benefit from 2 baristas versus 1 when it’s busy. And a better system to make sure drinks aren’t forgotten about. Hoping it’s just a one-off as I do love their coffee!

Coffee quality is not good. Very bitter. The cafe can’t seem to be able to keep up with lots of traffic and so it took me 30min to get 1 cup of black coffee.
