We have always had great food and incredible service! Tonight was no exception, in fact it was exceptional! Emma, our server, is exactly the type of person you hope to have looking after you. Fun, attentive, personable and genuine! We can’t wait to come back.

This place has a great atmosphere, very good food and superb service. (I’ve been served twice in two days by Kyra and she was excellent both times).

Food and service consistently excellent every time. One of our go-to places to eat.

We were a party of 4, all in our late 40s, and we went after a friend suggested as a great meet up spot. We sat in a booth on the patio…so lovely!! You wouldn’t know you’re in a strip mall, and there were even table heaters! Very cozy. Service was fantastic! Julie helped us with our decisions and she was bang on. We all loved our meals. Lots of selection, and many options for sides. Super friendly staff and atmosphere. Highly, highly recommend!

Hunter’s Public House is one of my favourite spots in the city! I love that they take reservations, which makes planning a night out so easy. The patio is beautiful and such a great place to relax with friends. The service is consistently excellent—special shout out to Alexa, who went absolutely above and beyond for us. She was friendly, attentive, and made the evening feel extra special.
The menu is impressively large, and while that usually makes me worry about quality, this place is the exception—everything I’ve tried has been delicious. I also really appreciate their wide selection of non-alcoholic beers, which is something you don’t see often. The restaurant itself is spotless, and the noise level is just right—energetic without being overwhelming. Overall, Hunter’s Public House is a gem, and I can’t wait to come back again and again!

I was there for a meeting. Staff friendly and were accommodating to food allergies and suggested alternatives. I had the fish and chips and another had the daily special. Food was plated nicely with a proper portion. Didn’t feel rushed out after eating.
