I attempted to go to indulgence today at 4pm it said that they close at 6pm and as it has happened in the past, it was closed. I am unable to give more than 1 star because I have no clear store hours and can not really rate their food. I have no idea what's going on with this restaurant but I hope to one day experience their meal. Until then my review remains the same. It just sucks having to bus somewhere like this and it being closed. Waste of time and energy only to get disappointed.

When we walked in there was no staff in sight - we had to seat ourselves and get our own menus. After waiting 7 minutes without seeing a single staff member, I had to ring a bell at the counter to get service. Two staff suddenly appeared from the back...

The food and drinks are amazing, but the service is very poor. They seem understaffed. You walk in and have to seat yourself. You'll probably also have to get your own menu. Then after quite some time someone might come take your order. The place is disorganized and a little dirty but they make up for it what they can with their low prices and great food.

Very slow service. Was there for an hour and a half before my friends and I got our food. When it arrived it was mediocre at best and cold. Server passed by our table once the whole time and was not apologetic whatsoever.
Nice place and great food. But understaffed and disorganised : only one person to take orders, serve, cook... We went here twice in 6 months, and it's still the same problem. Orders are made slowly and you can have a very long wait if other people are eating there. Too bad because their food is really good and orignal. My recommendation is to avoid this place during rush hours, unless you have a lot of time ahead you.

Table beside us who were seated after us were served first and then we waited 15 mins before someone came over. Yet we did get our food before the other table. Food was ok.

This is an odd little place, very minimalist in terms of decor and use of space. Garbage in the doorway did not make a good first impression. Food was well priced and nicely plated. All 3 of us had eggs Bennie and they were good. Not the very best, but good. A complimentary plate of fruit preceded the breakfast. Very casual service, don't wait for the bill at the table, just go up to the counter to pay.

The food was delicious, especially for such a low price. But unfortunately we waited outrageously long not only for our food but even just to take our orders. And that's with the restaurant being maybe at a third of it's full capacity.

Great place to eat. Nice decor and great amounts of food. Very satisfied. I ordered strawberry banana waffles, and the order came through only after a few minutes. The mango smoothie I ordered was a vraie délice, and the seats are nice and comfy.

Food was delicious! The staff is extremely nice and even though some minor issues arose (glasses had water stains and not cleaned all that well) the little stuff was just that, little. Overall, the food was great and that's what we came for. Been here countless times and always consistent and great. on our last visit, the bagel wasn't toasted or hot for the eggs benny but we mentioned it and they fixed that up quickly for us.

Great food, affordable. Service goes the extra mile. Order a coffee and you get a NICE coffee with a little biscotti. Fruit came before our brunch. Friendly staff.

The service was absolutely terrible. We waited over an hour and a half for our meals and they forgot one persons dish. They also changed a dish from frittata ($13.25) to an omelette ($12.25) and charged us the price for a frittata even though they changed it to an omelette. After they realized they forgot a dish, it took them barely 5 mins to make, which makes me wonder why it took them an hour and a half to serve us a dish that takes barely 5 minutes to cook.
