Industria disappointed me. I’ve been here once for someone’s birthday and loved the atmosphere so decided to do a birthday dinner with my friends here. I made reservations, showed up looking real cute, and the place was closed. It was a Wednesday at 8:45pm and the hours for the restaurant posted on google seemed to be incorrect considering the place was closed. Thank god for Joeys Lansdowne because it saved my birthday. Don’t always trust that your reservations will get you in somewhere!

Nice place if you’re going just for drinks. Food is below mid and definitely not worth the price. Pasta tastes like Kraft dinner.

We walked in this huge space which definitely has a industrial vibe to it, hence the name. This is a place where you can get decent cocktails. Food is good but don’t expect too much. We ordered few drinks some fries and chicken wings. I ordered “BourBerry” which had too much cinnamon in it. My friends seem to enjoy “Tropical Twist” and “Rosy Cheeks”. The overall vibe of the place is great for some gram shots but the slow music was putting us to sleep for some reason.

Where to begin, first 5 stars is not enough. The entire staff made my birthday an unforgettable evening. In a world where a complete stranger can walk in of the street and instantly everyone treats you like family, it's refreshing and you feel loved, safe and cared for. Everyone was incredibly attentive, went way above and beyond and turned a really difficult month or two into an unforgettable evening in just a few hours. What stands out most in my mind is the people. I'm forever grateful to AY, (big little brother), Tessa, Nathan, Jordan, Daniel and others. Absolutely everyone, a huge thank you. I can't say enough. I should also mention the food...the fish tacos were amazing as was the pizza.

Beautiful and fun space, but was disappointed with the mediocre food and cocktails, and poor beer selection. I have been to Industria in Burlington and Hamilton and the food and drinks were excellent, so I was expecting something similar at the Ottawa location. Regarding cocktails, the spicy mango margarita, the milky way, the flamingo, the rossini and Caesar were generally bland and one-note in flavour. The tropical twist was better but too sweet and again one-note in flavour. The bourberry was good. No draught options for beer; craft selection would have also been appreciated. I would've preferred Corona over Sol and the Moretti wasn't great. In terms of food, the calamari was bland and the presentation lackluster. Calabrese pizza was ok but the sausage should be cut into bite size pieces as they were too big and hard to chew in that size. The burger was plain and the tagliatelle al funghi could use less sundried tomato as it made the dish too acidic.Lastly, I made a reservation by email and had gotten a confirmation that my party was booked in. However, I called the night before to make changes to the number of guests and the hostess was unable to find my reservation. Luckily she was still able to book me in but if I hadn't called I wouldn't have had a reservation. I do believe this restaurant has a lot of potential given its location at Lansdowne and knowing that the locations in other cities have been great. Given the higher price point for food, the restaurant would benefit from elevating their flavours in both food and drinks to keep customers returning.

We went here for the first time in Ottawa yesterday before the Redblacks game and it was a disappointing experience to be honest. Our server was helpful and attentive. She did well. They said they only have two kinds of beers, which is strange considering the Industrias in Montreal have a great selection of craft beers and the demand for good beer is certainly trendy these days. (My buddy said that 6 months ago they were also “low on beer”).The pizza quality wasn’t close to their other locations as well the one I ordered was soaking in grease on the plate and other experienced soggy pizza, which is surprising considering the price ($26 for a Carnivora). There was also a Sens game happening at the same time we were there and we asked to have it on the tv as they were all turned off and they said they weren’t working (cable tv cut off?). Weird.Anyway, it definitely gave off a lot of “we’re about to close permanently” vibes. Not a great feeling and unfortunate considering the brand reputation and location they have.I hope they recover from whatever they’re struggling with and they get back to the quality the brand has at Montreal locations.Cheers.

We had dinner after the RedBlacks game on Saturday November 6, 2021. There were five of us and we were treated like VIPs by all of the staff and especially the General Manager, Ahmad "AY" Youssef. He went above and beyond to satisfy our every need - including allowing us to order steak frites even though they were not on the Game Day menu. He even upgraded my sister-in-law as they only had four steak frites. The food was wonderful - outdone only by the staff and in particular, AY. The steak was cooked perfectly medium rare and we all rated their service very well done! I don't write reviews very often but, I just had to write this one. On behalf of all five off us, thank you AY! I highly recommend you visit Industria!

We had my daughters birthday here and the service and food was amazing. They allowed us to arrive early to decorate.

I've been there three times and I really enjoy the music and atmosphere. The design is just amazing. I recommend fried calamari or Tuna tacos. I ordered Grilled lamb chops with a side of fries and the other party ordered Carnivora pizza. Not disappointed.Cons: servers don't take notes of your order so they might asked twice before they bring it, staff is slow and not really organized. I received my main before I get my starter. But overall, servers are friendly and nice.

Not a good experience.Tried for 4 days to make a reservation, emailed, called (20+ times) filled out online request.. no response. Decided to try walking in. I will say hostess staff was lovely but that's where it ends.We got the pizza and pasta. Pasta came out cold, when we asked for it to be reheated, they took it back, mixed it and brought it back.. at the same temperature. Pizza was uncooked and not good. When we told the server her response was "weird, we never get complaints about the pizza" and that was that. Expensive. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The food has always been great, ambiance is beautiful and customer service has never disappointed. Live performance by the special guest sax player is a very warming experience.

Extraordinary service and extraordinary food. Must visit if you're going to Lansdowne. I've walked by this place so many times but I went in tonight and it's by and far the best restaurant in Lansdowne. My server was Jordan and he was a class act

10/10! Excellent service and experience overall. Mary stole the show - she made our night. Will come back again.

God this place was awful, the food and the drinks tasted watered down and no where near good enough for the prices asked. Our waitress seemed to want to serve the guys at the table only, when she even actually wanted to stop by and be our server. She spent more time running laps around the restaurant. The complaints go on. Very disappointing food, drinks, and service. Will not be back.
