The rice wasn’t as cooked, but everything else on the plate was slamming 🔥🔥🔥.

The poutine has great potential with its combination of Caribbean flavors. The oxtail is excellent, but the use of frozen fries is a drawback. If they used fresh potatoes, blanched and then fried, it would significantly improve the dish. Overall, it's decent but doesn't quite satisfy my craving.
