When we first arrived at the restaurant I went to the hostess and said we had a reservation for 5pm. Unfortunately she could not find a reservation for us and then asked for my confirmation which I gladly showed. We were then seated pretty quickly. We ordered loaded beef nachos and chicken strips with fries. The chicken was great but the nachos at $30 did not seem worth it. The meat was a little dry and not proportionate to the nachos.

Came in on a Busy World Juniors Game night, and Cassandra was so kind, friendly and gave fantastic Service! Within 15 minutes of sitting down we got, waters, drinks and our food in what felt like the matter of seconds! Thank you so much Jacks! Definitely coming back the next time!

Jack’s in Kanata is pretty standard fare. The food is fairly mediocre and the service is generally fairly slow. We struggled to get regular attention from the wait staff.

Our visit came as an impromptu get together with old friends while we were visiting, and as one of the only things open on Christmas Eve Eve, we were so impressed by the level of detail paid to the decorating. It was evident that the establishment was dedicated to making sure everyone was happy and well taken care of. Our server Alex was great and put up with our indecisiveness with no issue. Thanks for a great night, we will be back!
This was our first time eating at this establishment and we were very satisfied with the experience and food. Our server, Chloe, was marvellous and checked back with us frequently. She was friendly but not overbearing and really excited we were so pleased. The decorations for the holidays were stunning. It’s hard to imagine how many hours were spent on stringing the coloured lights across the rafters. I ordered a holiday cocktail as did my wife—- delicious. The buffalo chicken sandwich is my new favourite chicken sandwich, and the truffle fries were superb. My wife ordered a med rare steak that was tender, seasoned, and cooked to perfection. Sorry, no pics… we ate too fast to remember to snap any. We will definitely return in the near future for another round of drinks and food. Thanks again, Chloe!
