I've gone to this place many times, and did not like the way I was treated or the service. I rated it a one star review because that's what I felt like it deserved.I am at 15-year-old girl that was walking alone in centrum around 9:30pm, when one of the managers stuck her head out of her car window as she was driving by and yelled at me to take down my one star review. I thought it was very unprofessional and I am scared. It is dark out and I did not like being threatened by any 50-year-old adult. Not worth your time or money.

Amazing service! Our server Rada was greatly; got our orders right, plenty attentive despite how busy the restaurant got, and very friendly with our kids. The food was served hot and with our requests for additional toppings, and portion sizes were perfect. Wonderful experience at this Jack Astors!

Was in the restaurant before a Sens game on a Monday night. Food took a little longer than we would've liked, but when it arrived, it was delicious. Had the Hunter's Chicken. Was a little concerned it would be overcooked. It was anything but. Nice and moist. And the veggies served with it were piping hot and again, not over cooked. Highly recommend.
