I had such a fantastic experience at Jack Astor’s thanks to Cam and Emily! From the moment we sat down, they made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Cam was incredibly attentive, making sure our drinks were always topped up and checking in just the right amount without ever feeling rushed. Emily was equally amazing friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about giving her guests a great dining experience.
Both of them went above and beyond to make the night memorable, from recommending menu items to ensuring everything came out perfectly. Their teamwork really stood out, and it’s rare to find staff who bring that level of energy and genuine care to their service.
If you’re going to Jack Astor’s, I hope you get Cam and Emily as your servers you won’t be disappointed!

Our Starbucks was one of the stores to close down and we found out last minute. The staff at Jack Astors was able to make our last outing as a store group so positive and amazing. They were able to accommodate a large group on short notice, and Cameron, Jan and Emily were amazing at making us feel welcome and providing exceptional service

You guys are absolute rockstars for putting up with us and helping our goodbye night as cheery as can be. Thank you from the bottom of all our broken hearts. Cameron served us with great humour and matched our energy wonderfully. Emily and Jan provided absolutely fantastic support all night, working hard to ensure the right orders went to the correct people despite the size and scale of our party.
