Ordered food tonight. 82 dollars just to throw it all in the trash. They used ranch for the ceasar salad. The wrap had uncooked chicken.Absolutely unacceptable. This could kill someone.I unfortunately got a few bites into it before seeing how uncooked it was. Fast forward an hour and I have food poisoning.This should never happen coming from a large establishment like this.

I was here for my Sister in Law's birthday recently. There was literally only 2 or 3 tables in total where ppl were seated in the entire restaurant. The Server was too busy chatting it up with the tables near the bar and taking shots with them to come to the table.Once the food was ordered, we waited for 40 min just to realize that they had forgotten to prepare it. Once I brought it to the servers attention he started to raise his voice and argued back saying he wasn't at fault. Finally the food arrives and it was clearly made in a rush.The manager was kind enough to come to the table and apologize so I appreciated thatBUT THE DAMN ARROGANCE THE SERVER SHOWED WAS DEPLORABLE!Bad experience, NEVER GOING TO JACK'S AGAIN.

I had one of the best steaks. Great place. Our server, Jordan, was the best. Very friendly, professional and attentive. Do yourself a favor and try it some night, you won't be disappointed. Thank you for a wonderful dinner.Updated review:Made the res online with explicit seating instructions, completely ignored when we arrived.Anton, our server was very attentive. I ordered the Steak Frites. So disappointing. I could barely cut it because it was full of grizzle. I didn't even taste it because it was not cooked as ordered.It will be a long time until I grace their door again.

Had an really great experience. Our workplace held an appreciation dinner, we were a larger group. Well accomodated by the staff, service was on pointand food was amazing, particularly the wings and sauces!! Can't wait to go back!!

Holy, this restaurant is a roller coaster lol.The food is amazing and our server Alex was amazing but let me tell you about our experience.First time my family went, we had reserved and when we got there, they had given our table to another group. Waited such a long time to be seated, they did make up for it by giving us the meals free and a voucher. So we decided to give it another shot todayWe had reserved once again and got our table yay!Service was quick and food was delicious but uh oh when our bill came.We were given a bill of 114$, we told server we had a 75$ voucher.He went to get manager and she punched everything in. She came back to our table saying we now owed 101$.You can understand our confusion!We asked what happened , they said our initial bill was wrong and the real total was 166$, Not 114$.We saw that they had added items on our bill and asked for it to be fixed.Finally , the bill got fixed but PLEASE make sure to really check your bills if you visit this placeManagement is a whole messOur server was great
