Very pretty cafe located in the OAG (Ottawa Art Gallery). Love the high ceilings, feels very open and spacious. Food is good, prices are just a bit on the high side. I've had a few different items here. Their Cuban Sandwich is huge and filled with lots of roasted pork, Swiss cheese, ham and pickles. The pork was a bit on the fatty side and I did not like the excessive amount of butter in the sandwich. Other than these 2 issues, it was a good sandwich. Their muffins are good, although a bit dense. The apple muffin could have used more apples though, lol. Their steel-cut oats with berries is tasty and I have no idea why it never tastes the same when I make it at home, haha. Staff are courteous and efficient. Metered street parking or paid parkade parking only. (17)

Until today, I’ve always hated the taste of lattes. But I tried an iced vanilla latte here and it was incredible. the service is really nice too (really friendly barista with a striped shirt and glasses!)

Be more consistent with your Too Good To Go orders please. I've gotten TGTG from here a few times, but today there was a muffin, a sandwich, and less than half a salad in the bag. How is that worth $24?

Came here on recommendation of the hotel next door we're staying at. Food selection was abysmal and service wasn't any better. First thing the woman said to me was that I couldn't bring my coffee in, not if we would be dining in or even hello. Won't return and wouldn't recommend.

This is such a wonderful spot. I've been in here twice to pick up some Too Good To Go surprise bags.The croissants are exquisit! Their sandwiches are generously-sized, filling, and so tasty!! And the coffee - delicious!
Best scones and a cappuccinos. Service is superb, and overall great cafe to come and enjoy lovely setting.

I visited this cafe every day during a recent work trip and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The drinks are thoughtfully made (the gingerbread latte was lovely) and it's a great place to sit and enjoy a coffee before your day starts. Plenty of seating and space (I don't think it's known as a study spot despite being near UOttawa).

Lovely spot for a coffee and conversation. Airy and light with low level music, it's relaxing. I noticed several people working on laptops. Bonus, you can slip into the gallery (free!) to take in some art before/after your cafe visit, since Jackson is in the OAG (Ottawa Art Gallery) building. In the summer, get a to go and sit in the lovely courtyard out front. Staff were cheerful and kind...and made great coffee!
