The waitress wiped the table with her bare hand !!! throwing crumbs on the floor and leaving a coffee spill on the table beside us. Never seen such a thing in my life! Not even in so called third world countries! This happened yesterday afternoon June 6th 2024

Lovely cafe, nice music and ambiance. I had meetings in the area and was there 3x in same day. Spent over $50. The young man at counter was very kind. The 3rd time I I just ordered a lemonade and asked for no ice. Earlier, we had the lemonade, it tasted water and ice, so this time I asked for no ice. The young lady at counter said "Well then I can only give you half a glass." I said what? She repeated same
That sure sounds a lil greedy to me? I've never, ever had someone say that to me when I ask for 'no ice. She again, suggested I have at least some ice. I agreed, it was hot and I just wanted a lemonade.

I love the location of this spot, but service is a bit unfriendly, and pricing is ridiculous.I was horrified to see an extra shot in an iced latte was $4?!?!?!?!? Most cafés have an extra shot price but I was charged for an individual espresso, and the barista did not let me know about this beforehand. She did suggest I could get a refund from her manager in a few minutes, but I had to return to work. The handoff of stuff was a bit aggressive as well…Latte had grounds in the bottom and salad had no dressing but it was fresh and croissant was good.

Excellent beef ragu soup! Very tasty and hearty but a little on the salty side. Highly recommend it as it is made fresh. My americano was good. I love the space of this coffee shop as you can easily access the art gallery after. Staff was kind.
Very disappointing service. My repeated emails to organize a special birthday lunch were ignored. I was making a small request. Not impressed.

Until today, I’ve always hated the taste of lattes. But I tried an iced vanilla latte here and it was incredible. the service is really nice too (really friendly barista with a striped shirt and glasses!)
