Had to wait for almost an hour, and no one bothered to answer the phone despite multiple calls. Really poor customer service — what’s the point of pre-ordering if it’s never ready on time?

Food is descent. Service is extremely slow, food is served cold, maybe it's frozen reheated. There are other places better. In general, they need to add more staff to service during busy hours, either way, there are too many orders and they are not able to manage the order flow.

What an amazing experience. Harsh was a great host and was smiling and gave good suggestions as well. With both the food and suggestions from Harsh along with a great ambience and music, it was an evening well spent.
Good was delicious and would recommend it for sure.

Extremely disappointing experience. Took 30 minutes just to get a vada pav, and even after such a long wait, it was served cold. The staff seemed unable to handle a sudden weekday rush, which is concerning.
To make things worse, the men’s washroom was in poor condition, the soap dispenser was empty and the lights weren’t working, making it very unhygienic and uncomfortable.

The food is good, there’s variety of options available. The only thing that you might want to look out for is their promos. It says its valid for dine in and to take out as well, but some staff will not give it for take out, just make sure that it is applied to your purchase.
