Jericho is our favourite middle Eastern restaurant. The owner is gracious and welcoming; the decor is a delight - festooned with his own lovely art work, and the food is excellent. Best hummus ever. We make it a point to dine there as often as possible.

Went here for the first time with a friend after the movies and let me tell you this place has got to be one of the best middle eastern places I've been to do far!
I had the Lamb Kofta while my friend had one of the house specials and they were just MUAH chef's kiss ❤️🤌 the Anise tea and mint rosemary lemonade were absolutely divine!
Little bit pricey but this is a kind and welcoming atmosphere place with amazing food and even better people in it!
(Side note the gentleman who works there paints the art on the walls that you can buy!)

Amazing food and paintings! We ordered Kafta and the appetizer platter- and the food was delicious and good for two. Even the tables are painted! The owner Mr. Raouf Omar is the painter and also the person who serves you. We will definitely be visiting again.

Sublime food and atmosphere coupled with the most gracious and obsessively talented artist owner waiter y nuevo amigo - Raouf Omar. His art work is so beautiful and I got to see him working on a new piece in the back. And please don’t let the beauty of the place take away from the fact that the food is world class. I loved the lentil soup and shawarma. Must experience Jericho on Bank St.

We went for lunch and as soon as you enter the place has a particular smell, like an old basement. We decided to give it a try based on the latest reviews. The place is nicely decorated but the food is not great. The server is the cook, maybe because lunch time is slow. Our chicken lacked flavour and the lemonade ordered did not taste fresh at all. We will not be coming back. There are better restaurants that serve better Mediterranean food in Ottawa.
