Very bad! Watch quality problems, not only do not deal with, the manager is also very condescending, dismissive of customers, very poor attitude!
Very bad customer service. I bought a watch for my son last week and it was big for him. I went to return it today within less than the14days policy, and was astonished that they refused to return it saying that my son has tried it at home. It was my honesty which made this unfriendly face manager Laura refuse the return. I am very very disappointed of such bad customer service. The watch is brand new!! They are stealing people money. I will never go there again.

small portion, not friendly at all.
Food was ok ,but overpriced for one skewer of chicken rice and some cheap salad paying 17$
The food tastes fine, but the portion sizes are too small. I have been to numerous Jimmy the Greek locations all over Ontario and they all fill the box to the brim. This location gives you two little potatoes, a small scoop of rice and a tiny bit of salad. Definitely not worth the price. Every other Jimmy the Greek location gives good portions, so I'm assuming it's the rules of whoever owns this one. It's bogus.
Worst service ever! If you guys are annoyed by customers please just close the shop. We're spending money not begging for food. Thank you

Friendly staff and service. Bought a moon Swatch and then decided I didn't want it. Returned the next day with no problems.
Womam who served me was rude and raised her voice as I was still deciding. They didn't offer me greek yogurt dip, had to ask for it which isnt right. Be vigilant when you visit or they may try to scam you.

The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and consistently helpful. I highly recommend trying the Beef Souvlaki and Lamb chops.
